We arrived at Grand Bai Suites and was welcomed by Ram, parking was secure with CCTV cameras and check-in was a breeze. Hotel room was very spacious, larger than expected, open planned and well laid out. Kitchen had all the amenities for a self catered stay, bathroom was clean, signs of some wear and tear, cracked tiles, but this had no impact on our stay. 2 superb air conditioning units, 1 in the bedroom area, the other in the living spaces. Wifi was poor, had to sit on the balcony or in reception to gain a decent connection, this however didn’t have an affect on us as we didn’t want to sit on our phones anyway. 2 pools of a good size and appropriate for the size of the hotel. Location was great, a short walk into the Grand Bai center, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle, allowing a good night sleep. A closer walk is La Cuvelette beach, nice place to watch the sunset. Short drive to Cap Malheureux, Pereybere and Mont Choisy beaches. All the beaches were lovely and unique in their own way, great base to explore from, however would recommend a car so you can get from one place to the other on your own accord. We noticed round the back of the hotel there were a few dogs, assume this is where they stay, they were distant and kept away, although barking on a rare occasion, we left them some treat when leaving the hotel as they were so behaved. We had a lizard who joined us in the room, present throughout our stay. It was a good challenge each morning finding him and we relished the task!

Wifi only worked on balcony or in reception.

Lovely apartments, nice and quiet especially considering there's a nightclub within the vicinity, nice pool + surroundings, big bed , plenty of storage options with nice bathroom

Nothing to dislike really but could do with a full length mirror for the ladies , a tin opener, and a little more information ( poss a welcome folder ) would help first time travellers , couldn't get the TV to work but we didn't report it so I can't complain about that , definitely would stay here again though

Everything was wonderful, the bed was really comfy as well as the lightings. The location of the property is just perfect and it’s easily accessible even by bus. Lovely and aesthetic structures of the building and interiors.

The microwaves need to be checked, it was not working and we had difficulties warming up our food. But i guess it was just an issue in the circuit that needs to be checked and there was one broken chair in the balcony though it was still comfortable to sit in but it would be preferable if it’s repaired.

Location was very good near to the all public beaches and they did the daily cleaning service Kitchen is having all the required things We had good rest and very silent place and swimming pool was very clean and natural

Nothing to say everything is perfect Would needs to add daily coffee packs, shampoo and soup

I recently had the pleasure of staying at GB Suites in Grand Bay, Mauritius and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. From the moment The hotel has a fantastic location, situated in the heart of Grand Bay and just a stone's throw away from some of the island's most beautiful beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The apartment itself was clean with all the cooking facilities I needed to prepare my own meals. This was particularly convenient for me as I wanted to cook and it allowed me to save some money by not eating out every day. The apartment was also very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day. Excellent value for money.

Me and my friends booked at Grand Bay Suites because we wanted to go clubbing for the weekend. The location is a 2-minute walk to Insomnia and Barevoo. The location is perfect. It's next to a supermarket and there are multiple restaurants nearby. About the hotel, the beds are very comfortable and the swimming pool is very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

A colleague and I went for work and stayed for about a month. The room is comfortable and had everything you need for cooking. One slept in the big bed and the other in the sofa bed, which was quite nice. The people who looked after us were very friendly and, as well as looking after us on a day to day basis, assisted us in booking a day out on the catamaran. One good thing about this place is that they book excursions directly and they pick you up and drop you off at the door of the accommodation. But one of the situations that best describes the kindness and predisposition of the people who work there, was when my colleague injured his back. Because she was in so much pain, they did their best to get her a harder mattress and an appointment with a specialist. They also took her to this appointment with the specialist, and they went to pick her up. It was great care that we are very grateful for. The truth is that we felt very comfortable and very well accompanied and supported in everything we needed. We did not use the pool because we preferred to go to the beach which is only 10 minutes walk away, but we always found it to be clean and inviting. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. And always grateful to Ram, Sara and her other colleague!

The location is good, the people are friendly and the Appartements are pretty big. Could be a really good Spot after a renovation. All in all still a good value.

Some of the interior is already old and some of it is very used. The kitchen is a bit smelly and we had also some cockroaches. The Internet Connection only workes good on the balcony.
