During a difficult time following a bereavement, I sought solace in a hotel that turned out to be more than just a place to stay; it became a haven of warmth and genuine hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff, from the cleaners to the catering team, extended the kindest gestures and made me feel genuinely welcome. As a solo traveler, this sense of inclusion was invaluable; I never once felt isolated or alone. The spacious and beautifully appointed hotel room served as a sanctuary during my stay. The large, comfortable bed provided much-needed rest and respite. Despite encountering a minor issue, the hotel's response was nothing short of exemplary. They handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and a sincere commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional quality of service and delicious food offered at the hotel restaurant. Unlike many hotel buffets, the food here surpassed expectations, offering a diverse selection of delicious dishes. Moreover, the sunset views overlooking the ocean were simply breathtaking. Each evening, I found solace in watching the sun dip below the horizon, its golden hues casting a sense of tranquility over the surroundings. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the extraordinary warmth and hospitality of the staff. Their genuine care and attention made a challenging time more bearable, and for that, I am immensely grateful. I must also give special recognition to the exceptional staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable: the duty managers who displayed unfailing professionalism and attentiveness, the porter who couldn't have been more welcoming and Lewis, a lovely young beach team member, who (with a smile) patiently 'tried' to teach me to sail!

That my stay wasn't longer.

The room was big and a little tired, but it did not deter us from enjoying the big room and balcony. The bathroom was also big with a bath and shower. The bed was too hard for our frail bodies, but the linen and towels were good. We enjoyed the food in the buffet area and also the specialty restaurants.

The breakfasts were not up to par. Eggs, sausages, tomato and bacon. That is it. The toaster was so slow you had to put it through four times to get a dect toasted piece of bread. I would suggest some haddock, kippers, mushrooms, etc.

Huge hotel across long stretch of beach and each part of the beach offered different views and swimming experience. Plenty of sun beds available always, beautiful sunsets and free water sport activities. The staff were so lovely and accommodating - made me feel so welcomed and supported during my stay. Nothing was too much of an issue for them. Great facilities, nice food quality and choice across the 4 restaurants. I enjoyed the big variety of things to do on the resort - so many different spots to relax so never got bored, including hammocks, bean bags, sofas dotted around, seating in and outside room. Enjoyed the gym and spa - excellent massage from Roxanne. Loved the coconut man on the beach! I’d stay again

Some rooms in the hotel are in need of renovation. The first room I was in was very tired and I saw the room next door was the same. I had a leak in my room and bugs so I ended up being upgraded to the renovated side of the hotel and that was 10/10. So check when booking!

I loved everything! We did the all inclusive package and boy was it worth. Endless food and drinks which includes 4 restaurants to choose from. From the moment we arrived we were treated like queens. Rooms great with stunning view. Minibar is filled every day. My mom had a mini accident on our second day there. Great doctor on site and we were checked on every day after that. We hardly left the resort because it had everything we needed. Great activities as well that is included. I loved it. Recommending it to everyone. As a animal lover I also loved that they look after some stray dogs, as the island has a lot of them.

The only thing that I would say is that the hotel needs an Atm. U can draw cash there, but only a small amount for your entire stay and U pay a fee. If U want to take a taxi for instance, I did not have enough cash.

The beach was amazing, clean and maintained very well, and the rooms was really well kept and very clean. The food was of a very high standard and really delicious and there was so much variety that we never got bored going for food.

I cant say that there was anything that we did not like; it was really an awesome experience with the most amazing hospitality ever. Nothing to complain about, everything was spot on, nothing missing. The waiters/waitresses were amazing, everyone tried their utmost and went out of their way to be so polite and helpful all the time. It was a very good experience.

The teen club. The free water activities. LaCasa Restaurant, as well as Morris Beef Restaurant. The rooms were spacious, and well air-conditioned, and had great views, at least where we stayed. The availability of Mautourco on site. The aqua aerobics and other pool activities. The gym facilities. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to go to the spa. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a lot of variety. The mid afternoon pancake station was a nice touch. The fireworks and beach setup for NYE was great. The singing entertainment after dinner was lovely. It was the perfect holiday destination for the kids, with lots to keep them entertained. The adults can relax and just soak up the sun and cocktails. It was great value for money, and it met our holiday objectives

The service around the pool area in the afternoon. The waiters did not really pay much attention to the poolside tables, via taking orders, and clearing tables. The poolside menu for half board guests could also be better and have more variety. The dancing entertainment/performances were not so great. I think the guys need to practice more to make it look and feel more professional. And adding ciders to the menu e.g. Savanna would be appreciated. Also, if NYE dinner and festivities had all happened at the beach, that would've worked out better.

Location and the facilities is excellent

This was a perfect resort for 6 days. Our plan included all meals which were all good, as well as wine,beer, non alcoholic drinks. Plenty of choice. Room was spacious, clean, great bathroom. Setting is lovely overlooking beach and a pool right outside. Free aquarobics very enthusiastically run by staff, very popular activity. We happen3d to be staying a hurricane which meant staffing levels were reduced, and room wasn't serviced for a day. But made no difference to our stay.

Great honeymoon experience overall. It's a great hotel with spacious rooms and perfect sunset views. Food and restaurants were above expectations.

The points for beach were high so we had high expectations, but this is not a walk in beach. Yes from some parts you can enter the sea from the beach without shoes and stay in an water but its mostly rocks and seaweed. Not suitable for long swims. Although to be fair this seems to be true for all Mauritius beaches.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating. They let us check out 4 hours later. Spa experience as part of the honeymoon package was amazing. The a la carte restaurants were included in the half board package. Excellent food- buffet and a la carte restaurants.

The room was slightly dated, especially the bathroom. There were ants there too. Also on arrival they didn’t know we were on the honeymoon booking but later sorted it out.
