Good Location, friendly staff and a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good and had good vegetarian options as well. Open but safe parking space was available. Pool was nice and well maintained. Hotel also provided us with good vegetarian dinner options outside of the buffet menu. We also loved the free glass bottom boat experience provided by the property.

Though we did not used much but I would prefer to have more English channel options on the TV.

Everything was great. We got there early in the morning and they were able to check us in even if it was far from check in time. The garden and the pool are well maintaned. We had HB, the breakfast was good even if it was the same for the whole stay…the dinner was good and we had lunch from time to time at affordable prices. The rooms get cleaned everyday and the towers were replaced.

The bar prices were a little high. Some of the events organized for the guests were ridiculously loud and the sound quality was not good…so got a little annoying

Real Mauritius feel. Not inside an elitist security wall. Restaurant and bar is on the beach and both well priced. You can walk to local street side eateries.

Very nice small resort located on the quiet place, really close the sea,right by the coast, with own beach, included beach bed, included trip with glass-bottom boat or snorcheling by the boat.Very good breakfast and dinner ( possible order the dinner ). Parking, pool, everything was good, no problem.

The breakfast was great, had a wide variety to cater for guests with exceptional views of the calm and surreal Indian Ocean. Highly recommended for the price, location and leisure this accommodation provides. It is a small resort but a piece of paradise that I would definitely suggest to family and friends to visit.

Location is good, the breakfast was nice offering a variety of choices with a nice view on the sea. The hotel offer nautical activities included in the price, we did kayaking and it was nice. We heard animations every night after dinner people seemed to enjoy it. We were welcomed with a basket of fruits and a bottle of champagne (honeymooners courtesy) and we really appreciated it! The team is friendly and professional. Finally, I have seen a lot of negative reviews about the sea/ beach and let me tell you that its absolutely not true, we had one of the best snorkeling experiences there! The beach is a bit small true but you have chairs and everything that goes with to enjoy it.

We asked for an early checking (noon) but it was not accepted which is ok, so we put our luggages beside the reception and we went to discover the area. When we got back at around 16h30, our luggages were still left there and no one taught to bring them to our room.

The area around the hotel did not have much services. If you like dining out in the evenings this may not be for you. Although the hotel restaurant offered every evening different theme buffee dinner, which was nice.

The hotel is in a good location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our room was big and the staff cleaned it and replenished with bottled water every day. The girls at the reception were very kind and they even helped me with putting on a Saree, which was a difficult task for me! The breakfast was diverse and lunch/dinner was tasty and portions were big. I payed for a massage and I was very satisfied - I highly recommend it. All of the personell was very helpful and even one of the maids helped me with ironing my dress - thank you so much! The swimming pool- big and clean with sunbeds on the side. The beach is just 5 metres away from the hotel and you can use kayaks, which was quite good. Overall, we are highly satisfied and if we ever go back to Mauritius we would love to stay in this hotel again. P. S. After our stay in Villas Mon Plaisir, we stayed in another hotel with more stars, but Villas Mon Plaisir was equally good if not even better!

From start to finish, our hotel stay exceeded our expectations! Live music and dancing on Saturday night, welcome drinks on arrival, the receptionist Umma assisted me in my request for my mum's birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with flowers and at supper she received a complimentary slice of cake. The breakfast and supper buffet had a huge variety and was absolutely delicious! Definitely value for money!
