I liked the food. The staff was excellent and the beach help works so hard. Ivan and Juan were incredible Slow service with other beach help. Arrival is tough. You are tired, the room wasn’t ready, the lady jumps to sign you up for excursions and time share. Too much. You need to relax and have the new guests escorted to an area to drink and eat and relax.

I don't like the fact they post signs on chairs saying do not save chairs with towels, yet when you go down in the morning they've already placed towels saved on many chairs, No one shows up for hours and they say these are for VIP guests. Why don't they just have an area for these people like most resorts do. Then you know right away.

Loved being steps from a Swimable beach, staff were extra friendly (Adrian was so helpful and kind.) most customers had returned year after year & were also friendly & helpful… loved the activities love trying out the other resorts the bus that transported was in amazing shape and the resort on the cliff with the fabulous market (lobby) & incredible skybar …it was all so different but also amazing.

Room had a musty smell probably because it was close to the beach. Sitting at the beach there were sooo many vendors was hard to relax or have a conversation without being interrupted often

Beautiful pink building, grounds are well maintained. We got a good deal on the all inclusive which made it pretty good value. I liked the shuttle to the other resorts. Staff at this one were far more switched on and helpful than at the Sunset. Often they would forget your drink order but they were mostly good vibes.

They only serviced our room on one day not both days. Weird that you’d have to sign off your bill after every meal when it’s all inclusive, is a bit annoying having to wave someone down when you’re done but maybe that’s standard? Kind of confusing which restaurants had up-charges but we didn’t get stung at all so was all good.

I really liked the breakfast, friendly staff, location & proximity to the marina and bars. I stayed here with a group of girlfriends and we loved the resort. It's also very family-friendly. The beach was swimmable which was a huge plus for los cabos.

I wish the nicer restaurants didn't have an extra cover fee even for all-inclusive guests. The doors to the room were also very not-sound resistant and we could hear everything going on outside our door. Other than that, no complaints really.

Excellent location close to marina for activities and town/restaurants. Best service and great food (except buffet dinner). We didn’t go to any paid restaurants and between Rose and Blanco we had good variety of food. Quality top shelf liquor. Bartenders work hard and fast. Everyone that works there is super great and provides outstanding service. Do bring 1$ and 5$ bills for trips. We never felt pressured to leave tips but you see how they hustle to provide you excellent service and that should be rewarded. Great activities to keep you busy.

Mattress was hard and pillows were on the hard side too. I didn’t like that but my young adult kids didn’t have issues. Wine was so so as well as buffet dinner.

I liked the location and the staff and the overall proximity to doing things. I also liked that I could choose multiple locations to eat for most meals. The staff were amazing all the way around - they take the time to make sure you are well taken care of and feel welcome, no matter what. The vibe is good, too. Family friendly but also tailored towards adults as well in a lot of ways so it was a good balance. The views and the pool were awesome as were the activities. We also liked how you could go to Los Cabos right next door and experience a different atmosphere and menu altogether at their restaurants. We did all inclusive and felt it was worth it. Buffet food was good for breakfast. Dinner was hit or miss. Pool menu and room service menus and food were amazing!

My wife felt she was slightly deceived at time of booking (or perhaps she didn’t understand the wording clearly) but she booked under the impression there was a kids club at Pueblo Bonito Rose and was specifically looking for resorts with a kids club. Turns out the kids club was at Sunset Beach, which is a 15 min drive so she was a bit disappointed in that.

Staff was friendly and warm; property was well-maintained. The location on the bay side makes swimming possible. It wasn't crowded so always a pool or beach chair. The beach is filled with vendors, but they weren't too pushy. We enjoyed being able to use sister property on the Pacific side, accessible via hourly free shuttle.

The food was hit-or-miss. Really, that's my biggest complaint.

An exceptionally organised, well maintained all inclusive resort offering unique opportunity to enjoy facilities in three resorts while living in any three of their resorts. We enjoyed our stay with unlimited fun, food and drinks served by remarkably well behaved staff. Pools are beautiful and their private beach is one among the few beaches in San Lucas Los Cabos where one can swim. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with good decor and comfortable beds. We booked two junior suites in Rosè and were offered upgrade to president suite in their adjacent resort free of cost which made our trip extremely memorable 💙. Housekeeping staff, suite services, reception desk, pool n beach services and adventure/ water sports nearby all were commendable 😉. We enjoyed daily variety of sumptuous food in themed dinner nights of international cuisines and culture. A memorable lifetime experience ✨️ Wish to come again 💓

Food was great Nice selection at buffet and lunch menu. Fellinis was amazing with rooftop view and great food. Not many choices for food at night but you can go to sister property. Location is great with beach views at restaurants. Staff is wonderful

Cilantros next door is awful. Food was horrible, service was slow we had 5pm reservations and didn’t get served until 645 pm. Kids club was next door and only open if you reserved day before and was not included
