The owner, Barrett, was very helpful with providing recommendations for dining, money exchange and markets. He always made himself available. The cabana I stayed in was spotless.

Super friendly and helpful owners. We loved the pool outside out room fringed with palm trees. Our room had been newly refurbished to a high standard and was really pretty and comfortable. We loved our little veranda by the pool too.

We really like the pool area and barbecue area. We like the location of the property and we like the rooms that are around the pool. The room that we initially rented was not up to expectation it was not near the pool, and it was in an area surrounded by dirt at the back of the property.

I did not like the little house at the back of the property that we rented initially. It was not near the pool. It was not attractive, and it was dingy. We went to the reception and paid more to stay in one of the houses near the pool area, which was much much nicer for the money.

Nice location - close to the central part of town and the marina. Very friendly accommodating staff, really enjoyed the nice pools. Reasonable walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants (we did not rent a car). Very friendly people, and courteous drivers.

Cabana buildings are a bit small - not much room to store luggage or hang clothing. Was o.k. for one week, but would be a bit tight for 2 folks for a longer stay. Was disappointed that there is no sand at the Beach along the Malecon area- pebble rock beach, and the ocean water was cool for swimming. Would recommend to pack water shoes if you wish to be on the beach and in the ocean. There is palapas for shade, but no chairs at the Malecon beach area.

The pool, even though the water was bathwater warm because of the 100F (40c) heat, it was great especially the surrounding area. Cabañas are cute, functional and well equipped

A dry line for towels and bathing suits could be added. The staff never returned my change for my dog fee. The dog fee which I was not told about when I called and ask if they accepted dogs. And after I received an email from booking that there was no charge. The guy who maintains pool also threw hard mangos at my dog while she was off leash in the parking area going to the bathroom.

Location was perfect for us. A 2 minute walk to the Malecon and a few more right into town, cannot get better than that. Very peaceful and serine. This place was nicer than the photos shown when booking.

Great location. We had a great experience. When we got there the hot water in our unit wasn’t working. We reached out to Barrett and he immediately took care of it. It was simply a breaker. He was wonderful and his wife was too! They checked in on us to make sure everything was good with our stay. They made recommendations and provided a helpful map. Everyone was great. The cleaning staff helped me find someone to do our laundry. The others guests were a pleasure as well.

I wish both pools were heated but I am certain it’s a benefit in the hot summer months.

We enjoy the surroundings at the Cabanas. There is a lovely pool, easy walk to the malecon, restaurants . The room is spacious, well stocked, has kitchen and refrigerator, nice bathroom. Really, the only tiny difficulty is finding this location the first time. It is has a long dirt driveway off the street and the Cabanas are at the end, meaning the first time you are not sure if it is correct until you get to the end and see the gate and pool. This is our third time staying, so we obvioiusly like the location now. The other big draw is that it is pet friendly.

We are not disappointed by anything at this location to stay. We only have trouble in Loreto finding great restaurants that are reasonable. We discovered the downtown square this visit and that is the place we will head to next time we are in town.

The space was great for my family with two kids. We loved our 2 bedroom. it was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. the heated pool was a great temperature and well insulated from the wind on those windy days. the living room and kitchen was great too and I loved that there was a door we could close off to the stairs. Great balcony as well overlooking the pool and some views of the sea. Staff was friendly and id come back.

could have used a few more pool/beach towels. we had 1 for the four of us.

The court yard around the pool was amazing. Lots of bird life, flowers & plants. Table & chairs on our private deck to view. Just lovely.

Dogs in Loreto are viscous & we had 2 separate dog attacks while trying to walk our dog. Facility is pet friendly but no where to walk your dog safely. Terrible street dog problem.
