The room was clean, it had a balcony I could step out to to enjoy the view. The staff was nice and polite but also respected your privacy. Had the whole set of clean towels that look appealing and match the room to give it a professional look.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, I would of prefer a location more center toward the tourist center but it was located withing walking distance of it. And I'm sure if you prefer quieter settings when sleeping then it a perfect location

.The location is good. Lady who checked us in was very cordial and professional. She told us breakfast buffet was included but had ran out of the tickets to give us to come back in the morning before going to breakfast.

The next morning when we went to ask for tickets for breakfast the guy at the front desk was not as freindly and told us that it did not include the breakfast buffet. I showed him our reservation that stated it included breakfast, he said it would only include eggs, coffee and some fruit (continental breakfast) because we booked through Booking.com and not directly through the hotel.

I liked the yard they had in the back of the complex for my dog to use .

Loved the location and the staff. The rooms have been remodeled since the last time I was here. Absolutely loved it! Breakfast at habanero restaurant is AMAZING!!! Came included with our stay. Parking is included and gated. Very safe hotel! Thank you!!!

Nothing to dislike!

Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind. The location was great and having a pool and bar in the premises was a plus.

The cost for two nights was a lot but this may be because I was a solo travel and booked quite late. I did have a Kings size room which was great. Breakfast was included but not all the breakfast foods. This was disappointing as I am vegan and some of the food not available to me I could have eaten and some of the food available to me I couldn’t.

property was in a great location from the beach and the center of Rosarito. The rooms were clean and free parking with it.

when I booked the room it stated it included buffet breakfast but it does not. At check in you get coupons but when you check in to eat the staff advises you you receive an “America. breakfast” which is eggs, hash browns, fruit and a drink. The buffet is $220 pesos per person. very disappointing and the staff really make sites you do not get food that is part of the buffet.

Sandra was great, also the maids were very friendly and the maintenance workers Saul was really nice. Good pool, excellent location. I would stay again. Price was a bit high, but we booked last minute on memorial day weekend so I get why.

They had us pay for breakfast for our kids which was a bummer and breakfast was a bit expensive for what you got.

Of all the employees are really nice. They have security day and night. They even helped us per leg again.

The rooms were very clean beds were comfortable. Employees are very nice.

It was a great stay, the staff Sandra at the front desk provided an amazing service. My family and I were very thankful for all of her assistance!!!

Breakfast wasn’t too diverse.

The parking was secure and under constant watch.

The pub and resturant was very basic. Although it was clean and functional, it failed to meet the cultural vibe the tourists seek.
