The owner went above and beyond from moment 1, until our departure 3 days later. Upon having an issue with my vehicle, he took my car out for a test drive and, as the problem seemed to be taken care of, told me if it began again to call him; this after checking out. The rooms are simple, clean, spacious.
The ONLY issue I had was the bed. The frame moves on the tiled floor when sitting and the mattresses were rather lumpy and hard.

Room for 3 was spacious with AC, we had a little dog with us and that was no problem. The location was great, 5-6 minute drive to the boardwalk with delicious local food options nearby.
Having a small refrigerator in the room would have been appreciated.

the coffee they served in the morning was good, the morning staff was kind.
I wasn't happy with the security of the parking. There weren't any amenities to speak of. The check-in clerk was very abrupt. I feel the price was much more than the product being offered. No TV, I don't recall if there was a Wifi system available or not so can't comment on that. The room was a large empty space. there was no bottom sheet, or if that is what that was, there was no top sheet. In my opinion, I had more amenities in hotels that charged $40 USD. This room was $80 USD. one of which was near the start of San Felipe.
