Great location if you are walking across the border. Five to 10 minutes walk after immigration over PedWest (pedestrian) bridge. Turn right at corner of the multi-story parking structure. Next block on right at the corner. Excellent customer service with receptionist/guard Romulo during the day, and with Esteban/Stefan in the morning. Esteban knocked on my door as asked to see if I was up so I could cross the border early, around 5:15 a.m. Security good. Esteban opened the locked gate and I was on my way. Clean sheets, comfortable mattress, and a surprise kitchenette, only used the refrigerator. Appreciated the bottle of filtered water provided. NIce light. One block from the ABC Bus Terminal for buses to Ensenada, Rosarito, and I believe Mexicali. Convenient.

Only drawback is that I used Booking.com on-line from Mexico. $30 USD was added to the room rate. If I had known before my trip, I might have booked from the U.S. and not been charged a tarif of $30 by booking.com Do not expect perfection as there are a lot of travelers who are abusive in rooms. Coyote Lofts has no control over whether or not travelers are respectful of property. So expect to find wall nicks, windows and blinds that may not open and close well, a wobbly faucet that looked as though someone tried to yank it out of its socket.

I arrived very late at the airport and needed somewhere to stay before crossing the border the next morning. Took a taxi and the all night security guard helped me check in and get to my room. This is a very characterful place. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and fridge. Everything was somewhat worn and used but had a charm as if it had been handmade. There were even plants in the room which was a nice touch. Downstairs in the morning there is an in house cafe that serves delicious coffee and breakfast items. This is maybe not for everyone but I loved the place. For me the location was good because of the proximity to the border.

The location was perfect with my needs and the kitchenette was very practical considering food is extremely expensive in Tijuana. Hotel staff was very helpful.

The room did not have a television.

This property is Brilliant. Really close to the border and only 5 minutes away from there ( you can walk). A security/ reception man was so helpful and friendly.

Every time I leave the facility, I needed to be escorted to use the staircase to my room( there is a security door before you access to your room!) Facility stuff do not speak English.

The location is great, close to the border and the center. Really nice view from the balcony. Bars and food just downstairs.

The entrance could have been better, you have to go in through the bar and ask to get let in through the gate to get to your room.

The cleaning fee should be included in the cost per night. It is misleading as it is not an AirBnB listing so it shouldn't be treated as such. Nice place though and great staff!

this is a wonderful property. If you need access to the border and a safe place to stay. It is so friendly and there is a restaurant and the coffee shop in fantastic management at this location.

The room was good but the toilet smell bad

The room is amaizing has a kitchenette spacious shower enough space for a small couch so a studio with a minnie living room. I loved my room.

I wish my room had a TV.
