The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. They offered meal vouchers and served breakfast as well. The rooms are wooded and room is very clean you can even smell it in the air. Bed was a good size bed and best of all water pressure for shower wasn’t like other hotels.

I have to say the only thing would probably be the bed was too hard and not much around if you need like water or late night snack. Other than that would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent, from the staff to the room. I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast staff always greet guests with smiles in the morning, which is a nice way to start the day. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this place.

A small mini fridge would be ideal.

The hotel personal was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was delicious 😋

Since the hotel is by the vía rápida, the noise from the cars gets quite loud during the night when you are asleep. When a big truck passes by it makes the walls shake a bit. And in order to get to the hotel it was tricky since our gps was saying it was at another location, we had to call the hotel to get clear directions but it was still a bit confusing for us that are not familiar with the area.

The location was kind of hard to find, but good location. Breakfast was very good, staff was extremely helpful and very clean. Would stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no window blinds in the bathroom window. I had to place a towel over the bathroom window so a not to be seen from the bridge across the street.

Great location, breakfast is always great I go to TJ every other weekend and this is my favorite place to stay. And also you can get the room nice and tidy when you’re out and about and when you come back you enter a clean room.

The location was great for my family and I. Breakfast was also really good, and the beds were comfortable.

They did not have any blankets, just sheets. Luckily, I had taken an individual blanket. However, blankets are necessary, especially during the wintertime.

Nice and clean staff were very helpful. Also had a guard to look out for your vehicle he was very pleasant as well. Coffee place in the same plaza and seafood too. Would definitely return I had a great 3 night stay.

Would like to see more of the stores and shops open.

Good property location with security.

Buses park at the main entrance taking up several parking spots & making it inconvenient for handicap patrons to park up front.

We enjoyed the morning breakfast included with the stay. Also liked the room service.

I enjoyed everything. Perhaps having a food menu or drinking menu in the room.

Missing elevator, don’t like stairs missing fridge I the room . Microwave. Like others ..so
