Great location great price,. Staff mostly friendly.

I arrived early in my work pants and ,a black shirt. ( Police officer).. and I was planning to change in the room before my wife arrived. However one of the hotel security, treated me rudely.. not knowing I was actually checking in. He then changed his attitude after finding out I was a guest. However this was unpleasant. Then after finding out I was a police officer he tried to be friendly.. I don't believe a person's job should determine the way they are going to be treated. I believe everybody should be treated with respect. Also beds are a little uncomfortable.

The Staff was amazing! I loved that room service wasn't an extra charge and the food was great!

The walls are thin so you hear everything. One night it was obvious that parent had left their young children alone in the room next to ours so we heard screaming children until 2:30am. The children were obviously left to themselves because they were jumping off the furniture and made such a ruckus that even with earplugs they shook our room.

The location is perfect. The beach is across the street. Many different delicious foods to try. Many restaurants to pick from. Walmart nearby.

The area has many new construction and many buildings needing TLC. The hotel has only 1 elevator and the lighting isn't good, ladies take a led mirror

Is so close to the beach restaurant Faena in 5th floor was excellent, very good food @good price the staff people is super nice and helpful 😀

The staff was very friendly. We ate breakfast in their restaurant and it was delicious and very good price. Our waiter was very attentive.

The only thing that I did not like is that th hotel does not have any room that look out to the beach. Also the lighting in the bathroom was very dim, and the shower was very dark.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor 24 hours parking lot and very secure. Restaurant in the 5th floor was great and very convenient. Close to everything. Beach front.

Rooms were small for a family of 3 or 4 and a little noise, other than my family feel safe and welcomed.

The staff, the staff, the staff! Nearly all of the staff are amazing, helpful and very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay though I only ordered from the restaurant only twice as I thought the local eateries looked more appealing. Things I wish I knew: *If travelling from the UK/EU change your pounds before you come as local places only convert from dollars to pesos. *Bring an adapter for Power plug & outlet Types A & B *Your own Netflix credentials *You will be close to the coast but not to the city centre. Get used to getting the bus to Centro and from there you can get anywhere. *A mosque and halal food joint only ten minutes away

The toilet flush get dipping to where it was not usable. They had to change my initial room because the AC/Heater was not working but after that it was all good.

I liked the location. 15 minutes by Cab or Uber from the border crossing or airport. It is right across the street from the beach. it felt very safe here in the neighborhood though I would not venture to far at night.

The hotel was very sterile and the staff were okay but did not go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. it felt like the hotel was empty for the most part. The area around the hotel is still in recovery after the pandemic and many businesses and restaurants were closed. not sure if they will open again.

loved the beach access was literally steps away beds are comfy and definitely was nice to have a kitchen with direct access:) loved the warm water

we didn’t get asked if we wanted room service as in new sheets clean towels ect unfortunately once we arrived in our room we didn’t have any extra towels and after finishing breakfast we left to explore the town to come back and have breakfast plates still in our room we had to gather up all plates and drop them off in the kitchen as no one Came to pick up after we had let them know other then that it was a nice stay
