Room was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is safe, comfortable and breakfast was included in our booking. The hotel is just off the main avenue, so you're able to walk out from the reception and be safe to visit local bars and restaurants.

There is a nightclub/bar at the rear so ask for a quiet room - we didn't have any issues though.

I really did enjoy the location maybe for some it would seem a little dirty, but I didn’t enjoy because I was able to walk on the main street and purchase all the things that I was looking for

Front desk there was just one young lady who was very friendly the rest they could learn to smile a little bit more

This hotel is very clean, the restaurant is small and the food is ok. Location of the hotel is excellent and car parking is included

I stayed at this hotel many times and it's always the same issue, the front desk ladies are lazy and rude. Three ladies working the front desk, 1 lady is working and the other 2 just talking about BS making you wait for a few minutes until they decide to finally help you out, and when they do call you to the window their attitude is very unwelcoming. Besides the front desk staff everything else is great

The room was big and comfortable. Hot tub was hot and had great water pressure. Great food, central location. I will be back for another stay soon.

Everything! Very nice Hotel I was actually surprised when we got there..It was alot better than what i imagined...The room was big the bathroom was really spacious it was really nice..the breakfast was good too...and the price I can't complain i think we got more than what we paid for..

I didn't like that i had to leave lol...It was only 1 night we were headed out the next morning back to Monterrey N.L...

It's one of the best hotels in the area, price is kind of high but worth it so I stay once in a while. It looks like they did some renovations, ig looks beautiful and modern. The interior smells nice/floral.

The last 2 times I was there, my room wasn't available until late, this time at 4pm. I understand everyone is doing their best and the housekeeping has a lot on their plate, but something has to improve with staffing or hire more help. Some hotels give the option of an early check in depending if available and I was given a hard no when asked to check if anything is available earlier at 230/3 at least.

We were supposed to have been upgraded to a nicer room per our reservation, but the room that was assigned to us seemed small and was inside the building with a window facing the indoor hallway. It made it impossible to get some air or have any natural light in the room. It would’ve been a perfect stay if our room had an actual window to the outside.

The rooms were beautiful, the staff was friendly and the breakfast food was delicious! The place is an a pretty good spot, lots of things at walking distance if you are comfortable walking freely in the city. We would walk out to find torta joints for lunch or shops but only during the day I would say it is safe to do so. We had the room option with a mini refrigerator and the biggest bathtub. i will say I liked my sisters smaller bathtub with all the extra mirrors surrounding it but she didn’t get the refrigerator so I guess for that reason I would keep ours.

I did not really like the lunch I had and the lunch menu was limited but I enjoyed the drinks at the bar.

Great setup for room and shower easy access, fridge was great to have in new wing. Cool views of a night skyline that is unique. Great services support staff.

The elevators can get busy and take time. There were some obvious crumbs in the bedside sitting bench dips that should have been cleaned..probably a one time oversight as I have been in two other rooms in the old wing and everything was top notch. And the cleaning staff are really good.. be sure to tip!
