The stuff was extremely friendly. We arrived late at night and had to get up early to catch the next bus. The crew made us a "breakfast to go" because it was that early. They also called a Taxi to get to the Bus terminal. The room itself is basic but functional. Every room has its own parking area with a roof.
Everything was fine. It is not the Most beautiful location why I didn't give a 10/10 :)

Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable; parking was secure; our breakfast was included and was really good (we purchased dinner as well, and it was delicious!). The location is easy to get to and close to stores, restaurants, etc. Our hostess spoke English quite well, which was a bonus!
There was nothing to dislike.

Stop on the long way between Bacalar and Palenque, easy to find, very safe, come early, in Escarega is nothing to do, nice owner send us in cenote Miquel Coloado i Cenote Azul, it was great. Afrer back she prepare for us nice dinner simple but tasty. It was so nice that we stop on our return just to say hello and on little refreshment.. Very nice owners and safe location

All the staff is really nice!!! The place is nice, rooms are large and clean. Most of the room have free private parking. Breakfast is very good. We also had a nice dinner at the hotel's restaurant. WiFi works well.
Room windows are locked and it was not possible to open it (even asking to the reception).

The host is very nice and welcoming. The room is clean and the bed large and confortable. Breakfast included in the price. Good wifi and hot shower. Restaurant on premises.
Not close to the city center, but not really relevant since there is a restaurant available.

Basic, but clean. Everything worked: the shower with hot water, the TV, the A/C. King size bed. Car port. The included breakfast of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and coffee. Perfect overnight on our way from Mérida to Palenque.

Great host and great breakfast (fruits, toast and jam, eggs). Had a good dinner at the next door restaurant as well. Good bed!
Really a place for a stop over, nog a lot to do.
