After a 9-day stay in Mexico and in a state of heightened alert mentally, physically, and gastrically, we felt like we could finally relax here. The hotel felt clean and safe. The breakfast was good (cheesy vegetables, scrambled eggs, steamed vegetables, breads, waffles, fruit, cereal, etc.). Great choice.

Not anything they can change easily. It's conveniently located on the side of the highway and it's a quick trip to the airport. If you are a sightseer, you might want to stay somewhere else. If you'd rather have a place to stay near the airport, you can do no better than right here.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We had to leave very early for our flight, and the shuttle was ready when we got to the office. The receptionist had apples and yogurt on hand for us, as we were too early for breakfast

The kitchen and restaurant were pretty bare. We were the only people in the restaurant for dinner. The cook appeared to be the waiter. The restaurant had limited supplies of everything, and it was a bit of a hunt and peck to find beer in stock and so forth. The cook was cheerful, and the food was fine, however

The hotel staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location near the airport was very convenient because we had an early flight. We left before the breakfast was served, but there was fruit, yogurt, and coffee in the lobby. The airport shuttle was included and very convenient.

Good location. Halfway between Leon and Guanajuato , and next to airport. Hotel is clean and has good amenities. Employees are friendly.

The WiFi ony worked intermittently. The breakfast was okey except for the scrambled eggs , that had a weird , almost gray dsicoloration

The room was super clean and the bed OMG was awesome, we came in late due to our flight. We had to have a late dinner, not many people eating at That time, service was good, but getting our food there was a long wait. But food was good

There was nothing i can recall not liking

It was clean and you could smell cleanliness as you enter the lobby. Personnel very courteous.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Well the only thing is that there’s a railroad track nearby and you can hear when the train passes by.

Great location, good price

I doubt room was cleaned properly, or sanitized. We found a pair of men's shorts beside the chair near the window, on the floor. So, no way was it cleaned properly, also, waited about 3 weeks for responses to two questions sent through booking.com to the hotel. Still haven't responded over a month and a half later. Only received this request for a review

Airport shuttle was arranged well. We are happy. Stayed here before and will stay again. Good and safe if you come to work in this region

The location of the hotel is perfect for an overnight stay before an early morning flight out of BJX Silao/Guanajuato/Leon airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle transfer to the airport, which was great! The beds were super comfortable and were of a good size. I think that they use US standards since most double beds we had in Mexico were too small for us. The hotel has a reasonably-priced restaurant, which is great since there are absolutely no other options except taking a taxi into Silao, which was also not such an enticing idea. The place has a decent sized gym and a pool as well.

The air conditioning in the room was either on and off, which is okay, but it was set at a very low 19 degrees, which is not comfortable. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. One of the dishes served in the restaurant reeked of mold and tasted terrible, and we asked for it to be replaced, and the second time it was much better.
