great place and location!

The private beach is outstanding, it is like a blue and green pool where fish swims around you. staff in the pool and beach are very friendly. the hotel is located in a bay with great views.

Rooms are old and some furniture is broken (ie WC). the hotel is very safe because access is restricted, but you need a car to go anywhere outside of the hotel as food in the hotel is not great and it is very pricey.

The hotel views are stunning, and since it was low season, I got to enjoy a kid-free pool (a must for me, since I'm a solo traveller). The room was huge and comfortable, but some of the furniture is starting to show wear. The bed was comfy and I was grateful that the staff let me check out at 2 pm. I loved that the hotel has its own semi-private beach.

Food is only OK and is definitely overpriced. The hotel could use some renovations (it looks very much like it stayed in the 90s).

We've been going to same hotel for 7 times, and love it more every time. The staff is great but the waitress in the breakfast restaurant are stars, Ricardo, Juan Jose and Humberto. It feels like visiting family right now. We were actually worried about them during the pandemic and were glad to see them again, and hearing that their families are ok as well. Camino Real has built a great team and leaves the bar very high up. Congrats!

A lady (guess) brought het "students" for few days and was trying to teach some meditation lessons and wanted to occupied space in the beach that all the other guests have the right to use. I would recomment the staff to pay attention to guests that want to step on other's guest rights.

Great location in a beautiful bay. The hotel is in a private road, with a private beach and in the middle of a green natural area. A very quite place. Comfortable, with 3 swimming pools and a nice view over the bay. Big spaces available.

Unfortunately, there is some rubbish coming from the sea. Even if the staff collect the garbage every day in the beach, I suggest to dedicate more time to this activity and even remove the garbage from the water in front of the beach regularly during the whole day. Some things need a little updating, however, though, just in the week of our visit new umbrellas were put in. The lobby furniture could be updated and more comfortable.

the staff and location are great. Food was absolutely delicious and service was great. the hotel is located in a nice private area which allows you to relax.

the ATM in the 5floor only works with cards from the bank that the atm belongs to. I tried twice and there were issues with it not providing the money. tiles in the washroom seemed to be dirty in between grout. bed covers May not be washed often and there was a yellowish stain inside of the cover. it was not nice.

The Hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. The restaurants were good and drinks as well. Here you get what you paid.

The only thing was tue shower. It had a very small tub it was hard for some one like me to get in there but other that it was spacious

The view was expectacular , the beds really good cleanlines excellent, everything good

Maybe the breakfast buffet can have any variations when you stay several days , you can get bored of the same food.

balcony was a plus, beds were comfortable

there were outdoor lamps by the pool and some people, by mistake, thought the bottom was a garbage can so they put garbage. I watched for days workers walking by it without cleaning it out. There was also a pair of shorts on top of the lamp that was never removed by workers.
