Property owner was amazing, we arrived tired from a long trip and he immediately, after we settled helped us find somewhere we could eat, he even helped us order the food and it was delivered,.he was very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you want to rest before arriving at Las grutas de Tolantongo. The staff is also very honest, my aunt forgot her jewelry, the owner immediately called us to ket us know.

Awesome apartment in the center of hotel. Would recommend it to anybody how wants to go to Ixmiquilpan or who wants to have a nice stay before/ after going to Tolantongo. Very nice, clean and well equipped apartments. A very nice terrase with a great chimney and BBQ. Probably one of the kindest hosts I have met so far.

We booked Villa del Sol on our way to Tolantongo. You cannot book hotels in Tolantongo so we wanted to be reassured that we would get accommodation. Villa del Sol was very convenient, clean, comfortable and spacious. Bonus that the apartment had Netflix!

Spacious apartment and clean rooms. Great location as most services are within walking or short driving distance. Also a good location to stay at when visiting Tolantongo grutas if you do not wish to stay up in the mountain. The drive to the grutas is approximately 35-45 minutes.
No complaints. Just a heads up for people with disabilities there’s no elevator access to upper floors.

Overall the location is good, but we were traveling to Grutas de Tolantongo the evening before we stayed and the next morning, and it was a bit far - about an hour away. The place was very clean, the beds were super comfortable. Easy and fast communication with the host, who was also very accommodating.

Elias(Cordinater) was very attentive to all our questions, and gave us a courtesy call late at night when were still on the road, making sure we were safe. I will definitely use this apartment feeling again.
