Staff are super friendly & helpful. Perfect location to get a night's sleep before flight the next day. Had an issue with hot water but they made up for it by giving us a free taxi ride to the airport the next day. Very kind of them & very appreciated.

"Air fresheners" seemed to be overpowering throughout the hotel. Would suggest a more 'neutral' smell in the hotel.

Very conveniently close to the airport. Rooms and bathroom is incredibly spacious, comfortable and secure. All the staff i encountered were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was actually impressive! Most “breakfast included” hotels have weak breakfasts. I’d definitely stay here again!

For a quick and budget stay, I was not upset about anything!

It was near the airport and included a shuttle for our flight. The room was clean and comfortable. AC and hot water worked great and made it easy to get ready for our flight. Also very little noise for being by the airport and the highway

The food in the diner is not the greatest, but it will get you by for the night/morning if you need to eat before your flight.

Not many food options in the area & next door there was a restaurant that closed early and the hotel’s restaurant was also closed. Highly suggest coming prepared with food if you plan on checking in after 9/10PM.

The staff was very kind and they helped a lot with a little issue that I had , everything was clean and they have a really good water pressure , for the price it was really good 😊 . They offered us a taxi to the airport at no extra cost , of course you can give him a tip.

When we got to the hotel room, there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom ,but just that everything else was clean.

The hotel is minutes from the Guadalajara airport and provides an immediate, friendly and free shuttle to the airport. (Even at 5am!) The man who checked us in at 4PM was still on duty at 5AM the following morning. He had promised a prompt shuttle when we checked in and he provided it the following morning. This was a wonderful experience!

The receptionist was a bit rude. In his defense he was busy checking people in and helping with the phone but he was rude by telling us to wait till he was available. I wasn’t even at his desk and he was already telling me to go away!??

The location to the Airport was very convenient. I liked the amenity of the restaurant downstairs. The space in the rooms are comfortable.

They offer a shuttle to the airport, but not a shuttle FROM the airport. They have the complementary shuttle badge so I thought was a bit misleading.

Someone NOT at the front desk to greet the guest. As a previous housekeeping manager, I look for details around the room, and I found that there is a need to train housekeeping staff in techniques to clean corners.

It was dusty and the floor was dirty in the room. A bit expensive for the Mexican price but all rooms close to the airport are!
