The resort is nice, more family oriented with kids. Their rooms are comfortable and clean, nice view from the balcony, service is great. I really enjoyed their art acitivity making ornament with beads. The ocean was beautiful with clear water. The guys who work at the beach are very nice, they bring you sun beds, table and umbrella.

I did not like that they have some VIP area and were trying to sell their membership. Also, their shows were boring and disco club had no one in there, maybe due to the weddings that almost every day are on the deck patio area so majority of crowd is there. The beach has more like black sand, but nice and soft.

The Staff was exceptional with all are our requests. Some stood out like Zyan for going to the pharmacy off site and Amando who was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The housekeeping Staff where so helpful also, Fabian who was delightful and was very entertaining and Carlos at reception. We had a wonderful Christmas thanks to all the Staff there.

We did feel pressure from some to buy into the club we understood they were doing their job. When we needed something done, they did what we asked which is what we wanted this is not a negative because we liked it so much.

I love the beach in front of this property, the room is nice and the room attendants keep them really clean the food in the buffets are just ok, they need to improved, (((but the food at the steak house, the Japanese and French restaurant where really good 👍,, ))) the Mexican food unfortunately was really bad ,I was expecting more from them like authentic food but they disappointed me. The bell boys are cool and helpful and also the receptionist they help to get your room asap, they are short on people to clean the rooms but they tried to get you in. The guy in the beach that give you a chair and an umbrella to relax in the sand thumbs up for him. And the fish tacos and ceviche tostadas and drinks at the beach restaurant very good too , also the night shows were also very good they sing and dance like professionals except when they sing in English not that good.but in Spanish they are good. The mariachi is the best show you' will see. And I also love the bartenders and their helpers all of them..

The buffets especially the Mexican buffet and the seafood buffet ,the seafood was frozen and taste bad , the jumbo shrimp was the only good item. The night club has no Dj is only a record music and was kind of boring.

Excellent beach! This is the perfect place to get away for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of food options at the resort so you’ll be fine finding something you like. Very easy covid testing on site at the resort. Lovely staff - every single person!

Some food items at the buffet could have been better, but they have sooo much food so we just tried a bunch of different things and were satisfied!

Excellent location, beach was fantastic. Beautiful property. The kids went to a pajama party activity and had a great time. Food at the beach/pool taco bar was good. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only had one grumpy wait staff at the buffet and another one at the Japanese restaurant.

Buffet food was very mediocre. I wasn’t expecting too much, after all it is difficult for buffet food to be excellent. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the restaurant reservation system. The property boasted 4 ala carte restaurants that were by reservation only. You couldn’t reserve until you were checked in. After checking in, I immediately tried to make reservations. I was only able to book a restaurant for the last night out of four! We got there on a Saturday and was only able to get a reservation for a restaurant of my choice until Tuesday night. All the other nights they were booked. That means we had to endure the mediocre buffet for most of our meals for three days straight. The one night we did get into a restaurant, the food was much better.

Hi there, I loved the staff especially. From the restaurants to the activities. Rooms, food, activities at pool and beach were great!

The library computers are outdated and was not cleaned. I couldnt log in and had some business to do which made it difficult. I think a suggestion is nighttime activities for teens. that would make it a 6 star.

The setting was wonderful and the pool & bar staff were very accommodating

No hot tubs. They over charged us by one night. We have called bookings & emailed several times. The resort said they charged what they were told it is not their fault & we cannot get a response from bookings.

Staff is great, the food quality is above the other all-inclusive hotels I've been. It is great for families as it has kids specific pool and a kids club. The beach is also very nice. This is the second time we stay here and we definitely consider coming back every chance we can.
