Fabulous view of the rainforest covered mountains from the 4th floor. You can hear the river from your room too. If you are a nature lover on a budget - this is the place for you. The restaurant staff were very attentive to my needs and made me some delicious meat free fajitas that were not on the menu and the reception staff did many photocopies and prints for me.

The massive mexican party of teenagers and the noisy mexican kids screaming in the pool. Generally pool closes at 9pm and mostly quiet after that time.

This hotel has beautiful, quiet grounds just off the main road, lovely buffet breakfast, and fans and AC in the rooms. there’s an OXXO right next door, and it’s a short walk into town for a little market, laundromat, some delicious restaurants (El Patio de Cuale is open from breakfast to night-time), and tequila tasting (Mister Tequila is the best one!). It’s about a 5 minute walk down to Mismaloya beach where you can get a massage, have some food and drink on the beach, or book a boat tour for beaches, fishing, snorkeling, etc. Steps away from the bus stop where you can head to PV, or down to Boca de Tomatlán for the water taxi. The ATV company near the bus stop will take you on a fun adventure up into the jungle to El Eden for zip-lines, hiking and a restaurant around the set of Predator. The rooms are very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they made our stay fun and easy. Rooms all have a kitchen with stove, sink, and fridge.

good breakfast, lots to eat with a nice selection. pool was cleaned every day, with the water even being replaced, and room was clean, with availability for room service each day.

room should be inspected for minor repairs, such as light bulbs, door handles and especially broken, missing or not working wall sockets.

The hotel was quiet and had two bedroom suites. kitchen had enough items to cook with if you wanted. Restaurant had good food but many good restaurants in the town. People and guests friendly and respectful. Very authentic Mexico in this area.

Older hotel needs upgrades to the pool and rooms. No elevator. Loud birds but your in the jungle. Not many staff around. Had a random person sleeping in the chairs outside our room one night. would be nice to have a bbq or grill to cook on. Restaurant is closed between 11-2 but we have heard all hotels are having a hard time finding enough staff.

I really liked the chairs outside of each room that you could sit in, read, and enjoy the view. As well, the daily cleaning was very well done, I loved the location being near the beach, a school and a small town. It was also very convenient to have an Oxxo right next door. I loved how they provide you with beach towels, and that you can bring them back each day and exchange them for clean ones!

They could have more items in the kitchen such as a frying pan, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, dish towels. The lighting in the common area could be improved as its quite hard to read in the evening. The Wi-Fi was spotty, but still attainable in certain areas.

The staff was fantastic. The whole place was very clean, the pool was kept up daily and it was in a very pretty location. A short walk to the beach and up the other way some good restaurants and a couple of little food markets where you could get everything you need. The room kitchen was a little under whelming, but the staff were very accommodating, providing an extra pan and a coffee maker

We had booked two rooms which mine was accommodating however the second room we had to request a change of rooms due to a bug situation that was addressed promptly by the staff and the the room provided was more accommodating.

I didn't like the fact that upon my arrival the was hair on my bed sheets I believe the details must be a given and the bug situation in the second booking also that the Jacuzzi was out of service and we never saw them doind maintenance and also the meals were the same options everyday of our stay I believe the selection should very for the guest that have booked more than 2 or 3 days

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is centrally located between the beach and the village. We liked having the kitchenette and separate bedrooms

Pillows were lumpy and of poor quality.

I didn't signup for the breakfast but had it a couple of times and it was a good variety and price. the pool water is not heated but that's okay. lots of lounge chairs and tables and chairs in pool area, very clean and maintained

the kitchen lacked some necessities but they got me a brand-new fridge and accommodated my requests. I took my own dish soap and tea towel. had the maid service on Mondays and Fridays only.. tv had about 4 English stations and Aljazeera news.

Breakfast was yummy. Pool was cold and clean, great for hot days. Security shut down noise at night. Oxxo next door was awesome and stocked up. Grounds were meticulously maintained. Fridge was super cold. No elevators, fyi. Full of character at an amazing price in a gorgeous location.

We didn’t use the kitchen, but it wasn’t very stocked up with pots and plates. Air-con worked most of the time, but we also didn’t complain when it didn’t. I’m sure they would have addressed any issue we had. Beds a bit hard.
