Beautiful location. walk to restaurants , shops, jazz clubs, parks !

Beautiful Court yard as you enter the secure property while being greeted by the very friendly and caring staff. They make you feel like you are family staying at their Home . Sara prepares wonderful , tasty breakfast every morning always with a big welcoming smile 🤗 My room was on the first floor #1 that looked out onto a beautiful courtyard. although not private ,it felt that way . Except for the occasional guest that walked from the main house to the court yard we had it all to ourselves the entire stay .

Casa Jacinta was simply terrific. Nearly everything about it was top-notch. Super clean, quiet and comfortable, with a great breakfast, a fabulous location, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

Just two suggestions: 1. The natural gas space heaters in the rooms could use some TLC. We couldn't get ours to light on two of the three nights we were there. And we heard from at least one other guest that theirs wouldn't light either. Fortunately, it wasn't really uncomfortably cold in the room at any time, just a bit nippy. 2. Maybe consider putting some carpet on the stairs, and runners in the hallways. Early risers with hard-soled shoes made enough noise going to and from their rooms at 4:30 AM to wake us (we went right back to sleep). Generally though, Casa Jacinta provided us with a good, quiet, comfortable sleep all three nights.

Casa Jacinta feels like a comfortable home. It has a comfy living room, a dining area, a relaxing garden and very helpful staff, especially Emiliano. I was very happy to have the option for an electric fan instead of turning on the aircon. Resulted in best sleep ever. I was able to leave my luggage and still have a key to the front gate after check out while waiting for my flight. The location is excellent, quiet and calm while being very walkable and near to the mercado, the Frida Kahlo house, the park and the plaza. In short, this is the best place I stayed in during my Mexico trip.

Nothing. I loved everything about Casa Jacinta.

The property was beautiful. It was exactly what I thought Mexico would be like. I loved everything from the beautiful plants and courtyards to the big beautiful room. It was nice to be in a home atmosphere that didn’t feel like a cold hotel in the city. Our host Emiliano was so sweet, kind and knew so much about everything. He took such good care of us and took the time to get Taxis for us and check on us. He was such a gentleman. His hospitality and friendship was the best part of the property.

There wasn’t anything! It was perfect.

Our stay was great; staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever needed. The property is safe and a lovely place to relax and great as a base of adventures. Coyoacan itself is extremely relaxing; quite clean, very low-key with many art and other markets.

Nothing of note was wrong. We were warned about the cat that likes to go from being petted to violence, but with some care the latter can be avoided!

I really liked Casa Jacinta for a number of reasons. While not far from the main square in Coyoacan, it's far enough away from the action that it was quieter than two other places I stayed in the neighborhood. The room was spacious, had windows that opened up to the garden in back, and had a desk where I could put my computer and catch up on emails. The garden itself was a very comfortable place to hang out. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was my favorite of the three places I stayed at in Coyoacan.

perfect location, quiet and safe area with lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants (also veggie!); emiliano and felipe were very friendly and helpful! the bed huge and very comfortable and the interior very pretty; nice shower with hot water; the room was cleaned by the friendly housekeeper everyday! sweet little garden, lovely cat and the birds sang for us every morning! super getaway from the loud and crowded mexico city centro! loved coyoacan very much!

for backpackers not very easy to do laundry, they don’t have a own washing machine, so we had to wash our clothes by hand (which is totally ok); there was a rope on the rooftop but not much clothespins but we managed it somehow. the rooftop was very nice but dirty and accept the rope nothing there - they could add tables and chairs and make it a nice place to chill also.

Muchas gracias to Emiliano, Sara, Humberto, all the staff for looking after us so well. They accomodated all our requests with kindness - the early bag drop off, same day breakfast requests and looking after our luggage while we were traveling elsewhere. Great location, spacious rooms and lovely breakfast and conversations, felt like home.

I liked the room - very big, with wood floors, wooden framed windows that opened up fully to the outside, two king size beds - very comfy, large tv with many channels, original art, Mexican-tiled bathroom, stone shower floor. Location was great - about a 20 minute walk to the Frida Kahlo house, and about a 20 minute walk to the Mercado and downtown area. Vegan restaurant close by, which really helped. Friendly and helpful staff.

This Guest House is spread over two properties and I was in the property across the street, away from the main property. I was the only person in the second property, and as a solo female traveler, I felt a little uneasy about being away from the main property. When I travel alone, I like to have people around me, or a front desk, etc. in case of emergency. My room felt a little remote. If I were to return alone, I would request a room in the main house. However, if I were travelling with another person, the second property would have been perfect.
