bed is very good.

the hotel's address on the website was wrong, so the taxi had to take us to a place farther ahead and then take a huge ride to get back and look for the right hotel height. another thing is that the hotel does not have an entrance sign for uber arrivals, only access to the hotel is through the underground parking next to the mall,and its not clear that the parking is free or if we have to pay for it! as we had 7 bags with us and we were super tired, we had to enter the parking lot even though we know that we might have to pay for it. So we went through an unnecessary stress after 18 hours of flight we just wanted to arrive and rest.

Staff are super friendly, helpful and there when you need them. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Lots of vegan options at breakfast but no alternative milk options. The location is great for the airport and has a free shuttle service.

We had dinner at the restaurant, plenty of vegan options but the food wasn't well cooked but the staff were great and helpful. The TV in he room has no Netflix options, not much to watch.

Modern, clean with lovely beds and linen and, the best shower we have experienced in a hotel…super hot water with good pressure and a great shower head. the staff were very helpful and the food is very good. This hotel is a great option and we will definitely be back.

Our phone didn’t work in the room and there didn’t appear to be anyone available to fix it.

The room was very nice. The shuttle from the airport was good once I found out how to access it and the location was great. An excellent value.

Communication from the hotel on how to access the shuttle was horrible. There should be info on the web site that there is an office in the airport and it would have been so easy. You have done all the work, but do not communicate.

at night you need to enter from the garage in the mall, there was no indication or sign for it, nor people. we had to ask a security person from the mall to understand what we had to do in order to reach the hotel. for the price breakfast should be included.

We had informed the hotel, through Booking, about our late night arrival so that they could arrange the shuttle bus transfer but we never got a reply. As a result, we had to wait for at least half an hour outside the Terminal just to find out that we should call them again. Finally shuttle arrived but we had to wait for more than an hour in total. Otherwise a nice business hotel.

this hotel was very nice and clean, room is very spacious and loved the security to enter. conveniently the hotel is in a mall with restaurants and stores

40min wait for the airport shuttle, slow check in process that involved guests using touch screens with the assistance of staff (doesn't seem COVID-friendly), bathroom sink drained super slowly

Everything was very good, very clean room, the staff is very friendly. The only bad thing was laundry.

I gave my laundry in and they ruined one of my shirts. Other items were in somthimg white (the white stuff came off eventually though)

Good location, free shuttle, restaurant and room service. Rooms were comfortable and a great value, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Restaurant food was good.

Smell by restrooms and in hotel room. Restaurant service forgot our tortillas and my husband had to go downstairs to get them. The phone was difficult to use.
