Amazing hotel, with perfect location in the historic center of Morelia. Building of the Hotel is 400 years old and Hotel is working 300 years at the same building. So beautiful and specious rooms, cleanliness on the top level and room was soundproof so not any kind of noise from the street was able to be heard. Bed was super comfortable… Staff from the reception was super helpful and very kind on each one of the request and questions. Especially I would like say thanks to Vivian and Minerva. Restaurant is looking amazing with garden and closed area and food was just perfect and delicious.

this was my third time I've stayed at this hotel. And it is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It has everything; great breakfast, the decor, the gardens and most importantly, the staff.

Unfortunately, this is the first time i have had a problem with the comfort of the bed. I got put in room 103 and for two nights I was unable to sleep due to how soft the bed was. My back hurt both days. I requested another room and without explaining the reason, they changed it. That was awesome! Unfortunately, this second room also had a very soft bed and I again was unable to sleep due to the pain it caused my back. I finally had to sleep at the foot of the bed and I did so, sideways. The best sleep i had in days. My previous two stays I was in different rooms and had no problems with the bed. It takes a lot for me to put a negative comment on a hotel, especially this one because I love it so much, but I think some of those beds need to be changed out.

Wonderfully comfortable bed, warm and friendly staff, beautifully decorated, high ceilings, historic architecture with well integrated updates, great lighting, charming little birds, really excellent restaurant.

Personally, I would appreciate vegan options on the dinner menu but there may not be enough interest to warrant it — just adding my vote.

everything about the hotel. I’ve stayed there numerous times and it never get old. the location is the best. and the rooms are roomy and comfortable.

it was standard the hotel had a breakfast with the room rate. unfortunately, they no longer offer the breakfast with the room. That is a big turn-off. I’ll have to possibly reconsider where I stay next time I’m there.

The ambiance of this hotel is truly special. The common areas are beautifully decorated as well as the guest rooms. Stepping into the hotel you feel like you are in a special oasis. The staff are attentive and very helpful as well.

The personal at the Restaurant needs more training. Slow Service, lack of attention to the clients needs while eating! A few times I found myself without a fork or a knife to eat the main course. Total lack of common sense and low customer service response. Like charging extra for Two pieces of bread. Isn’t the money, is the principal!

The decor was very elegant. The staff were attentive and pleasant to speak with. The main courtyard/restaurant was extremely lovely and we really enjoyed the hotel's proximity to major attractions.

Our room was near to the elevator and we could hear noises of people coming in and out during the night.

This must be one of the most beautiful hotels in Mexico. The building and gardens are magnificent. The on-site restaurant has a very good menu and wine list. And the location is close to all centro attractions.

Gorgeous property! We loved the buiding, the antiques and paintings, the copper and iron work, the spectacular greenery, and the patio.

our linens, toilet paper, and laundry was too heavily fragranced. in fact, after two washings at home, we are still unable to remove the scent.
