The hotel is charming throughout. From the gorgeous rooms to the delightful sitting nooks all tastefully decorated. A lovely rooftop Cafe for breakfast features a telescope where you can take a closer look at the cathedral and the surrounding mountains. A short walk to the zocolo. Great staff - friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet.

Our room had a small kitchenette and a coffee maker. However there were no cups, cutlery or anything for taking advantage of the kitchen. Perhaps you have to ask for those. This was a pretty minor thing though.

The place is amazing. Beautiful common areas and amazing rooftop Mirador. My animals felt immediately at home here. It is just a couple of blocks from the cathedral and center plaza. Many good places to eat. Gorgeous room.

The parking is very awkward. I had to park blocks away and walk to check in, then walk back to the car and maneuver the one-way streets to find the parking lot which is about a block away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful in getting my stuff to the room, though. It rained for a while and the lobby flooded. It is clear that flooding on the ground floor is common and the city streets turn into rivers. Go with a sense of adventure.

Location, design of the hotel was nice. Great A/C, included breakfast was a nice touch. Nice powerful flushing toilets. Fridge and sink was nice feature. Laundry service was also great. Common areas were very cool to chat with other folks. Not that it matters to most people, but very cute women make up the staff. Also cool was a safe in your room to keep some valuables. Sinks worked great, no backing up of water. Great, great service.

Stove was kinda useless, microwave would be better. Hotel was nondescript on the outside, but not a big deal. Bathroom was too dimly light, hard to shave in the dark.

very accommodating, we evacuated due to a hurricane and had two dogs and two cats with us. the staff was very helpful in helping us to unload and load up the cars.

could use a microwave instead of a gas stove, no utensils in the room but if you asked they brought for us. also, breakfast was delivered as we could not leave our pets inside alone. very helpful.

The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The Smart TV was big 49+in and it could be used for wireless projection from a computer or mobile device. Air conditioned. Fridge. The breakfast is modest but tasty.

The lack of curtain in a window next to the hallway that had a very bright light that would be turned off by 10pm. The internet signal was very week in the room. Dog pet was allowed for other guests what can be considered a good thing. The problem arises when the dog starts barking becoming an annoyance after a several minutes. It seemed that the dog was left alone in the room. This is not to blame the hotel but the guest, but still something that needs to be taken care of.

The personal were very kind and made us feel welcomed. I urgently needed an iron and they lend it to me. My mom wanted to walk to buy a fresh juice but it was raining, she didn't ask for an umbrella but the clerk was very nice and gave hers. We would definitely return on our next visit to Tepic.

Wonderful B&B!! Large, beautiful room! And, our hostess, Rosa, is a gem!! On top of which, she loves dogs!! Plus, a wonderful breakfast!! We wish we lived closer to visit again soon!!!

Not a thing!!

Very cute place! The breakfast was cooked for us and was large and tasty - eggs, chilaquilies, bread, juice - very good. The staff was very helpful and there is free parking - a little tricky to find with the one way roads but just a block away. I suggest you unload in the office before parking though.

The kitchen in the room we were in was apparently just getting set up and had no utensils or pots, but we were not even expecting a kitchen and didn't need it for our short stay.

Convenient to the town center, plenty of eateries in the area. The property self is very clean and well-maintained, along with the staff being well organized and attentive.

The parking facility was around the corner, but this is nitpicking. All the positives outweigh this small inconvenience.

Wonderful and comfortable hotel easy walking to the square. Very modern, great beds, and amazing staff. Nice rooftop too. Highly recommended.
