We have stayed at NH many times over the last 5 years, it's good hotel for the price, and located in a large shopping mall with restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, ATM machines, anything you need. Since we know the place, we always ask to be on the quiet side of the hotel away from the restaurants that can have loud music at night. It's also an easy in and out for Uber, just 2 minutes' walk to the parking area out front.

There isn't an in-hotel restaurant or breakfast service, the only options are Starbucks or Liverpool for breakfast. The location could be far from downtown or across town for travel in traffic, but we stay there to visit family and to be closer to the airport (but not at the airport).

So many staff members these days only think their job is to check people in at the front desk. It’s very impersonal. Not here. Everyone practi gracious hospitality and is. Very welcoming. I loved the little touches; from the cocktail and cheese table at reception to bring dog dishes and a dog bed to my room without my requesting one. Every staff member seemed to really like their job; with graciousness and a commitments to hospitality. It’s my second time choosing them and I look forward to returning.

I always like to stay in NH hotels because the services, centric, service of shuttle or they arrange for me transportation anytime I need it and because is clean.

-My room was ready until 3:00 pm!! I was so tired and I had to wait 5 hours!!! and the staff never offer me anything some perk, or something. I never in all the NH where I stayed I had to wait until 3:00pm for a room. What a shame. -The room key(or card) doesn't always works, Every day we had to go to reception and asked fix the card, and the next day the same... - When I decided pay for the breakfast, I wanted to go to my room with food, and the staff was annoyed because they thought I stole the food and they check the amount of food. Was terrible that. Still NH is my favorite hotels and my next vacations Im going to book again in a NH hotels.

convenience, location, this was our 4th stay .I would like that to be taken into account on the next visit so that maybe we can get a better room.

shower didn't drain properly in the first room. but we were transfered to a different room, but a different floor.

Staff was friendly and ready to assist you with any requests.

The sofa and chairs needed to be cleaned.

It is conveniently located at a shopping mall with a variety of shopping options and restaurants.

The service is good but you have to be patience, staff made several mistakes over my stay.

I love staying here next to all the attractions. literally don’t have to drive anywhere

All the pet friendly rooms only had one double bed, I made the reservation for two beds. Getting into the hotel was confusing, we called the front desk and they didn't knew how to properly guide us. The food was really plain, it didn't had a lot of flavor.

The big round metal lamp design in the room. I keep BANGING my big head on it. While is not a big deal, you can't miss it!!! The lamp location is right above the small round table between the beds.
