This hotel was great! Staff was super friendly and patience. They showed us the way and gave proper and useful directions to make sure we got to our room as soon as possible and making it easy on us to get our luggage upstairs. We were scorted to our room to make sure our remote control for the TV worked, and that everything looks good. The room was way roomier that I thought it would be. It had a living room with a couch that could've been used for someone to sleep in, a friend, dining table, 2 AC's to makes sure the whole room stayed cool. Everything was very clean. The pool was nice and they offer restaurant and bar service at pool side. We ordered some Aguachile and Wings, they both were amazing. When it was time for the pool to close, they weren't rude about it either. They allow pets for an extra charge ($500 I believe). Overall it was a great stay. You have food, gas stations and ATM's within walking distance too.

Nothing really serious or that I don't encounter in other places. I'm not short, but not super tall either, almost 6 feet, so usually showerheads tend to spray at a lower height than I would like too. This is the only "bad" thing I could say about this place, but again, this is an issue on 90% of the hotels that we stay, both in US and Mexico.

I've booked one night to stay after train before go back to Mexico-city, it was a promo price so 65 USD per night is very low for such kind of hotel. It was free transportation from the train station to hotel- very good surprise. We were offered excursion for the town and in the region- if we stay for more time, could be an option. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location on the main street. Palms in the internal yard )

Breakfast included in the room rate was just coffee and and a piece of bread. Of course, you can take additionally what you want from menu, but this is 5-star hotel, so prices are high.

Staff were very friendly and profession a big thank you to Yon she spoke English she helped me change my reservation and helped direct me to the hotel and also accompanied us to our room and showed us everything she was wonderful, thank you so much

No Coffee in room or at reception we are early risers would be nice to have had coffee in room, no coffee till7am in restaurant

Right on the beach. the ocean was warm and perfect for playing. The pool was nice and warm too. Drinks by the Pool were so so. Access to the second floor parking was very tight. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a nice ocean view.

Nice facility. Very comfortable bed. Safe and quiet.

I do not recommend the steakhouse food. The manager was very nice and took care of everything. I upgraded room for a hot soak in a jacuzzi but not enough hot water available to use tub.

They should not advertise a free breakfast. it was never mentioned at check in and when I asked about it I was giving a coupon for free coffee and a biscuit.
