The overall experience was great, we were happy to stay in the hotel. Extremely convenient location and sequare area. Will be happy to visit Mazatlan again and stay in this cozy hotel. Thank you <3 P.S. Breakfast on the 2nd floor of the local mercado near the hotel is the must!

My ferry was cancelled and I needed somewhere affordable to stay for the night which was a challenge just after the eclipse. This was the only place that fit the bill in the centro histórico - location and price were good.

The room could’ve been cleaner and better maintained. There was also a lot of noise from the rooms next door. I had to return down the stairs repeatedly to ask for the WiFi code (was given the wrong one) and towels, which was annoying after a tiring trip and lugging my heavy bags upstairs.

The air conditioner and the tv

The bathroom is very dirty; there are not one table, one chair and no closet, just the bed and one small wooden stool.

Great location.

To be fair, hotels were probably all overwhelmed by the eclipse tourists. But the room is too spartan. Could have added a night stand and some shelving to add a bit comfort.

Location was good, close to the Malecon. That's about it.

Staff attentiveness, I got out of the uber with 4 bags, right at the front door in plain sight, Struggled with them to get them up the door ledge into the hotel. Meanwhile the Staff on duty, sitting right at the door (2 of them) watched me the whole time with blank stares. The breakfast was - not really breakfast: White bread toasted and a manky old pot of what appeared to be strawberry jam, there was also coffee. Rooms were musty, water damaged, delapidated (bathroom door didn't even have a door knob), no safe to lock anything, windows were glass venetian type and would not close to keep bugs out or noise.
