The location was great and very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked wonderfully. We didn't get to use the pool but it was clean and sparkly.

I didn't like that there was no elevator. The staff was great when we needed a different room at check-in to accommodate my elderly mother. The last night we were there was uncomfortable due to the upstairs guests and their noise.

Good location,,good value,comfortable beds,good shower pressure with hot water,fridge,living room with a small stove.Not Fancy but for the price it was Allright.

Basement Parking lot and not elevator to take the luggage to the room,also we were thursday night and there was loud live music at the hotel restaurant.

The location was perfect, very close to all the places we visited, large rooms with very comfortable beds, cold ac, super clean. Staff was amazing.

The underground parking is secure (electronic gate) and plentiful, and there is a swimming pool (although I didn't get a chance to try it). My breakfast (which I paid for in advance) was limited to a few selections but the one I chose was so good I had it again on the second morning. Check in and check out was simple and efficient, and the staff were very friendly and professional (front desk and restaurant). The room exceeded my expectations; it was quiet, comfortable and relaxing.

The Internet was quite slow and at times disappeared altogether (I was repeatedly getting messages on my laptop that I had no Internet connection). As I work online, this was a fairly serious matter for me. The window in my room looked out onto a hallway; past that there was a nice view but I didn't like the idea of having strangers walk past my room and look in, so I kept the shades down which felt a little claustrophobic.

The breakfast was the best I've had during this entire trip. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the glass door shower (shower curtains can be annoying when they start blowing around). There is a bar fridge for drinks and leftover food. Parking is located just past the hotel (drive past the hotel, the adjoining restaurant and then you will see the entrance/exit) and is plentiful and well arranged. The staff were friendly and very efficient all the way around (check-in & restaurant).

Sooo much noise, I don’t know what they were doing at the parking lot but it was so noisy, had to call to front desk couple times. It was so disturbing

The dogs have left their droppings everywhere in the courtyard (pool area)

Staff was very friendly, loved the pet policy, very clean and easy access to highway. Food was very good.
