I like the fact that the hotel is new and clean. The beds are great cause I really hate to rent a house or stay in an old hotel with very old beds. Pets friendly is a plus.
1. No body watching the parking space, limited space in the roof are and some cars parks in two spaces. 2. They do offer free breakfast but it takes for ever, they only have two waitresses... not a good service. 3. When I booked I was never asked if I was taking a pet, so at the time to register they did charge me $500.00 pesos, that was a rip off cause I only spend one night and I was carrying my bog's bed and the food.

The place exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccable ant it includes all the amenities you might need, the linen was clean; everything is in mint condition. We would totally come back.

The hotel was clean
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel 5/5/2023. The hotel is new and clean. The front desk people were nice and welcoming. There are a few things we did not like. There were no towels in the bathroom, we called the front desk, we waited for 20 minutes and they never brought the towels, we had to go and asked for them at the front desk. The air conditioner was not working properly the first night, the fan made a lot of noise, the room did not have a nice view, it was the back of the hotel. They never followed up with the concerns( ac, towels and the fan). It’s decent but not what we expected.
