Friendly staff, very clean and large room with all the amenities, position near parque de la vela, excellent wifi, 2 bottles of water complimentary each day, fast elevators, ample shower.

Pool area is abandoned (it is January but it is not nice to see), the street of the hotel is not nice (but safe!), air conditioning very noisy. The hotel has just one restaurant, and doesn’t have a real bar neither a pleasant area to work (but the room has a desk with ac plugs so not really an issue). The breakfast is average in quality (the bakeries are bad) but great in quantity and assortment.

I liked the location. I traveled for a wedding and it was very close to the event center and the church. Also the breakfast was very good! The food and service were great!

When we got in our room we noticed that each queen bed only had two pillows. I found this odd since when I had stayed at other similar hotels I have at least four pillows on each bed. Also the pillows that were there smelled like humidity. We requested 4 more pillows at the check-in desk and they provided them so that was good.

comfortable bed, parking with on-site security was nice since we rented a car. Room had all the perks including an iron and board but we only had a short night there as base to visit Palenque. I booked this initial for the swimming pool but we ended up not using and we have seen nobody else as well. It has anyway a nice green feeling even if in the middle of the city

strict check-in time.. however I later discover this is standard practice in Mexico even if the room is probably available.

I had a bad experience during my last stay and this time everything that had been problematic was resolved. I am extremely pleased with the effort and personal attention I received and I must say that most hotels would not do what Hyatt did for me to fix the issues I had. Very, very pleased. I would also like to provide a very special THANK YOU to Adrina Sanchez, the guest experience manager. I will be back again soon.

We arrived at 10am and our room was already ready for us. The staff was super attentive and the hotel has the best Covid protocols I've seen. The bed was comfortable, the pool was lovely, the restaurant food was quite good, and the wifi was excellent (good enough for large video conferences). The gym was basic but had everything we needed. The location near the lagoon and several restaurants, a shopping center, etc. was perfect.

Our toilet made a really loud noise every time we flushed. Otherwise everything was great!

Room was fine but it was not the regency suite that I had booked

They said my Regency suite was unavailable for some sort of issue. I didn't believe them, and I feel my room was given to someone else

All meals were great as usual at the Hyatt, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they were able to accommodate the few requests we had and always walked the extra mile to make sure we were happy there.

All was good.

Just the lid of the toilet had something that didn't stay up to use it (room 306).
