Awesome staff, good sized, clean room. Good restaurant on site as well as a variety of options within walking distance of the great downtown location. Very accepting of our dog, which is quite unusual in Mexico.

Very tall bed - difficult for this old guy to climb in! (Once in bed it was very comfortable). Room lacking fridge, coffee maker, ice bucket (no ice maker anyway, had to go to the bar for ice).

The ground level was nice and the restaurant area was very clean. the location is easily the highest points the hotel can have. Perfect location in Tampico!

Once we got to our rooms, it was looking very old and dated. This might have been a luxury hotel at some point, but it seems those days are behind them.

Breakfast very poor for Booking guests…We even refused to take it, even though it esa included. Superb locación.

It is located at the heart of downtown tampico. Nice places to walk around, good restaurants nearby.

Staff was not friendly, nobody helps you at your arrival. Air conditioning was not working, then lights were out for 40min. We asked for more toilet paper as they did supply one for 4 people in the room, we called front desk but we did not hear from them, after 40 min we dial back but the reply was that we need to come downstairs and buy it in a store nearby because the chambermaid was not around. 'Breakfast included' advertisement is deceptive, they only give one glass of orange juice and one single bread, it only includes adults, you will have to pay for your kids. Stay away from this hotel, is not worth it. Other options in downtown are available and more appealing. Price is high for stay, even restaurant is pricey.

Receptionist not accommodating request to change room when they had plenty of rooms. Initial room was not very nice shower had stains, drywall peeling, shower curtain ripping and ugly views to back of building. You can tell receptionist is not customer service oriented but pretends. When ai asked to get another room he made it difficult. Cleaning crew were nice and should be the receptionist.

Showered didn’t work and didn’t have much pressure later in the day Room smelled like a hundred cigarettes Elevator didn’t work so there’s only one which took a while to get on No bedcovers upon arrival . This would’ve been an easy fix by calling the front desk . But the phone didn’t work either Room number 417
