the location is the best , I have to be honest I always read the reviews and. I was expecting maybe some Fails on the cleaning or the AC or the restaurant but not … all my experience was fantastic the ac is working great , the room is super spacious , the cleaning great , the restaurant - coffee on the lobby the coffee is fantastic. the food so so But acceptable , about the service at the hotel great the swimming pool is very good I also was expecting something bad I think they should get a profesional photographer to make great pictures from the property … is not a 7 starts hotel ok but is very good aceptable the prices is very good

they should wash more often the windows from outside so we can see better by the window but in veracruz there is also sandy wind so not much to do …

Nice location, right on the boulevard and close to some restaurants

Despite of being next to the beach, it doesn’t have its own beach area. Furniture seems to be old and not well maintained as it shows signs of humidity. One of the 2 elevators didn’t work and didn’t seem to be any concern to get it fixed.

poor information when we arrived/ room was not inspected previously. Ac not working, safety box locked, facilities nor services were showed nor explained. We had to find it ourselves.

Paid extra for a beach view and could not see the beach and sunrises very well due to the windows being so dirty 😭

location was good for semi seclusion. the historic area was a bit too far to walk to.

The location is good, plenty restaurants around, close by to shopping centers. People at the front desk were very quick, nice, professional response. When I called to complain about the noise from the employees trying to come in to clean the room, they were certain to pass the message to the manager, front desk people were pretty professional. The manager did call me later concerning the noise problem in the morning with the maids, she was very professional, and offer to do something, but, as I learned 9 am the next morning, NOTHING CHANGED, they were out there 9 am knocking on doors with the music from their phone playing loud. I'm not sure I'll ever want yo stay there again.

2 big problems. The woman who cleans the rooms, starts knocking (VERY HARD AND LOUD) on doors and screaming to come in, at 9 in the morning, plus the music from their cell phones playing pretty loud too!!, 9 IN THE MORNING!!?? Who wants to let some strange person in your room to clean it when you're still in bed, checking your messages drinking coffee??!!! At 9 in the morning!!!?? And if you put the sign, "do not disturb " on your door, it doesn't matter, because that person who wants to clean your room, will knock VERY HARD AND LOUD !!! on the doors and will be screaming loud like hell asking to come in!!! So 9 am you can heard all of that in the hallway for quite a while, plus the music playing LOUD on their cell phone, while they stroll around. I was surprised to learn they do that EVERY MORNING, AT 9 AM. That is a very unconsidered situation to the guests. Second. The walls, between rooms are built with sheetrock, so you can hear you neighbors pretty clear, and every time any one open or closes the doors in a room next to you, you can feel the wall moving due to the decompression, air coming in or out of rooms. Pretty uncomfortable, have both situations going everyday.
