I have no idea what the negative reviews are about. This is an amazing gem in the area. Sure, it's not a big resort but for one or a couple of nights, this location is awesome and very high quality. We were surprised at the aestehtic quality of the property having read multiple negative reviews here but our experience was that everything was impressive, clean, well managed and functional without flaw. Sure it's not a real hacienda but if you want that experience, the price tag goes up. We loved the stay here.

The Hacienda was built around 5 years ago, so everything works, which was really nice. It is a quiet area, so that when you wake up in the morning (at 07:00:-)), you can sit in front of your rrom and let the family sleep. There you can listen to the birds, see the day beginning and there is only about 30 meters up to the restaurant, where they have freshly made coffeee in the morning to bring back to your room or for me to sit and have my coffeee and calm and quiet, hear the birds and animals and just relax. Would I return, if that would be an option in the future......absolutely. The place is inland with a nice swimming pool. it is centrally located in relation to archaeological sites, cenotes and much more. The managers and all the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food could have been better. It was not a big issue for us, but we like food and a lot of the foods were bought premade foods, that makes an impression when you are a couple that works with food and agriculture. BUT there was enough of the food and you could always go out in the nearby towns and eat if necessary.

It is a beautiful newly built hacienda with a great pool area. The whole place is ideal to relax and as a base for visiting Uxmal. Breakfast was really delicious and also the food in the restaurant fully met our expectations. We booked a shamanic ritual which is absolutely recommendable (no tourist crap they sell you elsewhere). Cheap and efficient laundry service. Cute iguanas lounging by the pool. Comfy beds. You can rent tennis gear and board games for free.

It must be noticed that there is still some construction going on as the whole area is up to be developed into an amazing project. I think the loud part should be over by now. One well-meant advice as this is supposed to become a luxury project: it would be worthwhile that employees learn a bit about the surroundings and to be a bit more service oriented. „It says on the website“ is no answer to a request for help on Uxmal tickets.

Very nice looking old colonial style building and garden. Very Very friendly staf. One night we arrived in the dark and the parking is lighted but not perfectly and one of the hotel employees came out to just stand there in case we needed help or to secure our safety feeling. Restaurant has fair prices for such a location and you can use free tennis rackets and balls to play on a very decent court. In the rooms there is a hamaca to relax very comfortable.

It is quite noisy so I slept with earplugs. Also quite light so if you are used to the dark bring a sleeping mask. We didn't have warm water till the last day of our 2 nights stay.

This was my absolute most favourite location to stay on my holiday in Mexico. Ticul itself is a nice little town, and I chose this to be close to Uxmal. The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful gardens, amazing Spanish architecture and welcoming and helpful staff. I only stayed one night but wish I had stayed longer! the room was massive, bed comfortable and the food at the restaurant was top notch. If you are looking for a place that is less touristy, more authentic and high quality then I highly recommend this place! It’s about a 30 minute drive from Uxmal, which is great if you want to get there early to beat the crowds. Ticul is not a touristy place so you get that authentic Mexican experience. My Spanish is really bad but google translate helped a lot while communicating with the staff and the locals in town. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe the entire time here too.

We absolutely loved everything about this wonderful hacienda. The staff are very nice, friendly and make you feel like home. The ambience is lovely, authentic and calming. The place offers a tennis court, pool and features a gorgeous garden. we stayed in a big room with bath, two queen beds and a hammock. It was great. We highly recommend this place for everyone looking for an authentic Mexican hacienda with friendly staff, close Ruta Pucc and Uxmal. Can’t wait to visit this place again.

The hacienda staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. We enjoyed the swimming pool for a couple of hours in the late afternoon/evening when we arrived. The pool was clean and warm. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The evening meal was nice (shrimp tacos and ceviche). The breakfast was simple (small plate of fruit, eggs and toast).

The hacienda was slightly expensive compared to other similar properties we have stayed in.

The hotel is AMAZING. Is the perfect place to disconnect from reality and enjoy peace and calm. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. The only issue... at night the little lizards and garden spiders join the room but is part of the experience. The location is 35 mins away from the cenotes Hacienda Mucuyche and one hour 30 minutes away from Mérida. You MUST have a car to transport.

The property is super pretty in a lush garden with a very stylish pool. The hacienda is just beautiful and really worth staying there! The room is pretty and stylish with an absolutely gorgeous tub! It’s very spacious and has all the amenities you could whish for. The staff is super nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was the best we had on our trip through Yucatan!

Beautiful pool and gardens and nice rooms right on the road from Ticul to Uxmal… great for staying on this area instead of an expensive old hacienda. They are expanding but there was really no noise issue.

Don’t expect too much from bar or restaurant though we found it good enough!!
