The room and breakfast were fine. We requested a high floor and we had a room with a view and (no water views though) which was great. The hotel is quite central and it’s only a short walk to the Marina.

We were a group of six and arrived in Monaco in our hired minivan. It’s a bit stressful driving into Monte Carlo for the first time, so a bit more detailed info on the location and pricing of the nearby car parking facility would have been more helpful. I note it was quite difficult steering the tight turns down/up the carpark in the van!

First turn people working there, were very helpful and very informative for guests ( especially managers and restoraunt helpers), they explaned how to buy tickets, how to find the shortest way to the train station with running trucks, what did our way much easier - 50 metres along the street and the rest- under the ground, without exposing to rain or sun. breakfast was also great - a big choice for different groups of consumers. They could communicate with us in English, what we liked very much, because we do not know French at all. next time we will choose the same place to stay - no doubts. Many, many thanks,

the location is super….

Location was excellent. Tunnel to the station was 100 metres away and then a 5 minute walk to the station. Waterfront was 5 minutes away and the palace is a short stroll up the hill. Mini bar in room. Beds comfortable, bathroom clean. Daily maid service. Breakfast was lovely.

No working Aircon, but fortunately we didn't need it when we visited.

Very comfortable, sleep. Very helpfull and clean. Did hear the mopeds throughout the night but we was in the city. Next time we will take earplugs. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast a very good selection of continental food.

Hôtel location is perfect and good value for money

Breakfast was fine but there was only one member of staff on duty to deal with all of the guests. Air con did not work in the room so had to have the window open all night

There is some maintenance issues in the lobby which can make not very good first impression, very poor breakfast as there is no much options and people were not as friendly as receptionists, you should implement a “food wastage policy” in the breakfast as I have seen some people just wasting lots of food for no apparently reason.

Nice building, obviously been around for a very long time and retains some of that charm but some of the more modern repairs are not in keeping. The bed was a good size double and I'm sure it had a memory foam topper - it was incredibly comfortable. It's a short walk to Port Hurcule and there are plenty of public elevators to get upto Monte-Carlo if you don't fancy the uphill walk. Considering the location (Monaco) it's a great value place to say.. Although I didn't eat there - there is a small restaurant attached with direct access.

The shower head could do with being replaced but the water was nice and hot.

Great Location…nice bedroom & retro marble bathroom….I would have liked to have had time to try the pizza & pasta in the P&P restaurant maybe next time.

Nothing generally it was fine with though my ‘cheaper’ room did have a window which opened out onto a wall a bit of imagination could brighten up this back area with …some other reviews I read before I stayed there said dated etc…maybe a little tired but far from terrible and sort of old charm about it.

Room was big and lovely with giant jaccuzzi tub. Apparently the day manager upgraded our room without us asking which was very welcomed. The evening desk manager, Madik (?) was extraordinarily helpful with managing a difficult issue of a stolen passport. We are extremely grateful to him! Also breakfast was delicious!
