Well located in the heart of the city, large room, calm and peaceful, comfortable bed, no noise, warm room as it should in winter, with hot water in bathroom, and multi international TV channels, and… very friendly staff!

1) Keep in mind that on 4th flore it takes time for hot water to get to your bathroom and be according patient as there is hot water :-) 2) Note well that price on Booking.com is agreed in USD but the hotel does not allow you to pay in USD but obliges you to pay a price in local currency at an exchange rate that is not advantageous to you of course… (so-called the one of the central bank), meaning you have to pay a double exchange rate after that (from Mongolian currency to your own currency), meaning extra extra costs! 3) do not expect breakfast before 8:00 AM.

Very large room, good value quality / price, very well situated in the center of the city; comfortable beds; well warm room in the harsh winter. Hot water in the bathroom (but be aware that you need to let it run and open for many minutes before hot water reaches your floor).

No breakfast before 9:00 on Sunday and not before 8:00 in the week (unless you insist very much), staff speaks little English. Avoid room 302 as window lets wind enter the room (not a good idea by freezing winter) and bathroom had water leakages. We complained and were moved to Room 402 - perfect!

The hotel is right in the center of the city. It is an excellent location for tourists and shoppers. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a suite and it was large and very well appointed. It would be a good place to stay for several days

We stayed twice. First in room 303 (3 nights) and then 301 (1 night). Both have similar layouts. 301, though, needs a lot of repairs. Tub was cracked, and shower doors wouldn.t close. Restaurant was ok; breakfast was fine, dinner a bit dull. It takes 2 hours to reach the airport due to the appalling traffic in UB.

It has a great location, right next to the big square but still a bit off the big roads so rather calm. The rooms are huge and very comfortably equipped. Feels more like a one-room apartment than a hotel room. The staff was very helpful even for more special requests and generally speak decent english or will get one who does.

You can tell that it‘s a bit older that some things dont work at times. Once there was no warm water, or the wifi didnt work properly. The staff could be more attentive. There is no bell to ring if the reception is empty. Especially in the restaurant i felt i needed to actively get the staffs attention if i wanted something.

Little hotel right in the center of the town in a silent pedestrian street with quite a few restaurants. The hotel iself is also very calm, with a caféteria and a small shop. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, but the language barrier was sometimes frustrating. The lady at the reception was, however, very competent and skillful, both in English proficiency and organisational skill. She will help you find a driver to any part of Mongolia!

Smell of cooking from the main kitchen!

The front desk staff was personable and very helpful! Sharing destination info, arranging my return taxi, coordinating an earlier breakfast, storing my bag, etc. The included breakfast was wonderful and beyond my expectations. There are multiple coffee shops, bars, and restaurants little out the door and down the stree to choose from. The hotel is centrally located, not too far from the Parliament building for ease of sightseeing. I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is centrally located but on a quite road near the parliament building and the national museum. The hotel operates a restaurant and several other dining options are close by. Check in and check out were swift and efficient. The room (401) was clean, well equipped, and the bed was compfortable. Special requests such as airport transfers and breakfast upon arrival were arranged without flaws. Breakfast items from a menu to choose from met my taste. I highly recommend this hotel with its friendly and competent staff.

The location was great and the breakfast was very good. The room was very spacious, we were in the deluxe room and there was a small patio which was great. The hotel employee spoke no English but was very pleasant and willing to use translation apps.

The shower was very inconveniently set up, the shower head hose does not reach well and it made showering very difficult. The outlets beside the bed on both sides did not work, and there are obvious signs of aging throughout the room.

Urgoo Boutique hotel is ideally located one minute from Government square. Staff is young and super friendly! The restaurant is excellent. It is located in a street with low rise buildings that are all coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious! And while temperature outside was minus 25°C it was nice and warm inside!

Nothing really

We were upgraded to a deluxe roomupon our arrival, which was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The location makes it very convenient to explore all the main sites and the breakfast was always tasty.
