Very kind staff. Nice interior of apartman and whole building (carpets, paintings on corridor) Small, but cosy room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast included and it was good and plentyful. There was a kitchen (not in room).

View from room looked at an untidy parking lot and buildings. Kitchen was on the corridor's end. The "pool" and "jacuzzi" are just plastic containers. We wanted to take a bath, but we decided not to. The surrounding of pool area was not private enough - it can be seen not only from the hotel but also from all the neighboring buildings. The view was also displeasing.

Hotel is look like to be new, close to the main street in a new tourist part of Ulcinj. Appartma is cute with small kitchen and have exit to terrace with wiew to surrounding from the hill. Bedroom is comfortable, beds were quallity matresses. Badroom with shower is small, but still enought comfortable. Owners were very friendly and like to talk. Wife prepared tastefull fresh breakfast with many local dishes such as " ùštipci, pite, krompiruša" and a lot of mediteran vegetables on their way. Dinning room is quite large with panoramic windows on jard. It was spring time out of season and swimming pool was not actual. It is a great location to travel to Long beach of Ulcinj and Ada Bojana natural reserve. On the other side you can visit cute Ulcinj with small beach and old town. With this location in summer time you can find great holiday in beautifull Monte Negro to avoiding crowds.

The refrigerator made a lot of noise, overnight I had to turn it off so I could sleep, I expected the room to be different, in the pictures on the booking the rooms looked different. The pool... a bad joke. Value for money ok, due to the fact that they had breakfast..

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Ulcinj, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind. Their hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and we were delighted to find free parking was included. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the hosts, and they also went out of their way to ensure everything was going well, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and offered a wide variety of options. It was the perfect way to start our holiday.

Hosts are really friendly and helpful, almost anything you could ask, they would do it. The breakfast was excellent, super tasty mix of homemade stuffs, with a super kind staff. Easy to go to the long beach by car, it is around 10-20 min, the same to the city. Voli supermaket is just some minutes far by car. Enough free and save private parking places around the hotel. The location is not for those without a car. The pool is tiny, but good for children. The WiFi is good enough for streaming.

Based on equipments and quality it is rather a 2-star hotel feeling. In the kitchen there was nothing (only some plates, and cutlery), however as I asked, they gave me some kitchen equipments. The shower is poor with curtain instead of door. There is no sitting for 3 people, only just 2 chairs at the small balcony, and a really tiny "sofa" inside.

This is family run hotel and the family are incredibly hard working and friendly. It was a real pleasure to stay there. The hotel was immaculate. We loved the breakfasts, our balcony and the great value for money. It was in a good position for a longer walk to Old Town and the beaches, or a short walk to some family friendly, affordable restaurants.

The views from here weren't particularly special, but for the price we didn't mind.

Spacious room, large , private balcony with comfortable chairs. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Everywhere was super clean. Good choice of food at breakfast and plenty of coffee. We enjoyed sitting outside to eat this meal. We hired a car and there is private parking which suited us very well. This hotel had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable . Long Beach is about a 10 minute walk and we used the hotel as a base when visiting Lake Skadar. The hotel is run by an extremely kind and helpful family which really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back to it . It is outstanding value for money.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to AJANA for a very pleasant stay, their generous hospitality, and the kind treatment I received. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located on the ground floor, contributing to a spacious atmosphere. There was always plenty of parking available, which was particularly advantageous for me as an electric vehicle owner. I was able to charge my car throughout the day without any issues. The hotel staff were very helpful with this, allowing me to continue my journey to Croatia and onward to Sweden.

Staff were really friendly,,breakfast had a lot of choice and was constantly being topped up with fresh foods. The pool is nice although pretty small with not many sunloungers.plenty of car parking and a short walk from numourous bars and restaurants and 10 min drive from beach

Generally the hotel was very good . Only complaint would be that we stayed for 7 nights and in that time ,didn't get towels changed or bins changed or extra toilet paper so that would have been a 10 out of 10
