Great location, lovely room (spacious with good amenities), friendly staff (except for one member who we had asked to organise a trip for us but she was more keen on spending time on her phone). We had asked to organise a quad bike trip and someone came to pick us up for a bike tour, literally two hours after we had confirmed with her. We had asked whether we could pay for the quad bike tour by card to which she checked and confirmed we could, although that was then denied by the company. She needs to show more interest in the residents as the property is relatively expensive and it is a shame that one person can spoil the otherwise excellent experience. She was quite unprofessional and came across as rude.

Amazing hotel and staff can't thank them enough for the amazing service they gave..They went above and beyond with everything. They couldn't off been more helpful or friendly..The breakfast omg was unreal every morning They treat you like a queen..

Everything about this hotel was just amazing..Only one downfall was the air-conditioning didn't work in my room. They staff member tried to help but unfortunately he couldn't get it working but did wouldn't turn me off.If I was going back to Morocco I'll be definitely staying here again.. It a brilliant location beside everything.

The staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming. I was able to leave my luggage in their care upon early arrival & late departure. The breakfast on the rooftop was generous & delicious. The interior decor is very sleek & modern. Location is great, central but still tucked away in a quiet side street. Shower was a very good size. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay.

The shower was a bit leaky & the soap dispensers weren't working. The room I was in didn't seem to have any soundproofing which was a bit uncomfortable during the day in particular. Some of the rooftop seating looked a bit tired, and could do with some regular touching up.

I spent two wonderful days in this hotel with my mum and even booked two extra nights because we liked it so much. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately spoilt with tea and biscuits. The hospitality was simply fantastic! We are incredibly grateful for that! The hotel itself was a real dream - beautifully decorated, with spacious rooms and a breakfast that was fresh and delicious every morning. Also the rooftop with a small pool was lovely! It is possible to have breakfast there. Wow Overall an unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for everything!

This place is really pretty and modern. Absolutely loved the decor! The room was very comfy and cosy. The bathroom is great and good water pressure. The staff was really friendly and available. Breakfast was amazing and plenty to eat +++ The rooftop terrace is great with a lot of areas to relax and enjoy the sun. Location was central and close to everything

Nothing big but the floor towel ends up soaked after a couple of showers since there are no doors or shower curtains. The staff will give a new one when needed though.

Everything was incredible! As soon as we walked into the riad, we felt relaxed and welcomed. Farah and Yusuf made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was exceptional and it was cleaned thoroughly everyday. There's also so much design put into every aspect of the riad that we couldn't stop taking photos. We also were fortunate to enjoy the rooftop terrace and plunge pool every afternoon which also protected us from the Essaouira wind! Breakfast was also amazing and we thoroughly looked forward to beginning each day being spoiled with so much fresh food. Essaouira is amazing but the riad gave us a have of peace as soon as we entered it. In fact we enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended it directly with the riad! We'll definitely be back.

We loved everything!

The hotel is really well located in the old town - be aware that you have to walk as cars aren’t allowed in the old town. It’s very peaceful inside. The room was nice, if a little small. The breakfast was honestly amazing - the best one of our trip - plentiful and varied. The staff were great and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool on the terrace is smaller than you think but there are more sun loungers than it looks from the photos. All in all a nice place to stay.

The breakfast is one of the highlights and a reason why we came back to stay at Suite Azur. The fresh OJ and baked items, along with beautiful fruit and honey and cheese and omelets on request are best enjoyed on the roof top deck overseeing the majestic views of the Atlantic. The room was perfect for us and our son, with incredibly comfortable beds, a sitting area to play cards and cross ventilation for great breezes. Yusuf and Farah and the rest of the staff are always eager to help out, will personally walk you places to be sure you don't get lost in the Medina and make wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. We love Essaouira and the Suite Azur is a huge factor in our fabulous experience there.

Would not change a thing. This is a great hotel. You should make it a point to stay here on your visit to Essaouira.

We stayed in Essaouira with our 9-year-old son and had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean and comfortable — perfect after a day of exploring the medina and beach. What really stood out was the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing and well-kept place to stay in Essaouira.

The property was beautifully decorated with fantastic attention to detail. The breakfast was amazing and the waiter laid it all out so precisely. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped and again there was attention to detail.

We had a small suite and there was a mezzanine with the bed. The stairs were very steep, stone and no bannister and they were open tread into bathroom.
