This lovely Riad perfectly located in Fez near the entrance of the Medina. Makes for easy drop of luggage and able to park car up the street. Sama is a lovely hostess, polite, engaging and helpful! Hamid is constantly busy as well, helping with bags, serving a delightful breakfast and whatever else needs to be done. The Riad is beautifully and the cleaning ladies keep it meticulously clean! Our room was gorgeous and the whole property is well cared for and decorated!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Fes Maya Suites & Spa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff truly made our stay memorable—they were not only incredibly helpful but also warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The riad itself is a gem. It’s super clean and beautifully maintained, with every corner showcasing impressive architecture and intricate craftsmanship. The attention to detail in the design is remarkable; everywhere we looked, there was something to admire. One of the highlights was the food. It was delicious, reasonably priced, and always served on time. Dining at the riad was a delightful experience in itself. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what this beautiful place has to offer. A special mention must go to the manager, who was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. We’re so happy we found this location and are already looking forward to our next visit to Morocco. Highly recommended!

This serene outlook provided a tranquil retreat from the bustling city life, where one could indulge in the beauty of dawn or the splendid hues of dusk with equal pleasure.The service at this riad was beyond compare. Staff members, with their innate warmth and hospitality, ensured that every need was met with graciousness and efficiency. Their recommendations for local sights, insights into Fes's rich history, and readiness to assist with any request contributed significantly to the richness of the stay. It was this personalized touch that made the experience feel genuinely bespoke.Cleanliness within the riad was impeccable. The hotel is extremely beautiful. The location is very convenient too. Sama, Hamid, and and Ayman helped us with so much, especially with our son who was sick. Thank you so much to Sama, Hamid, and and Ayman. We will definitely be back again, and strongly recommend this place to everyone, it exceeded our expectations and will surely exceed all your expectations.

The arquitecture of the place is stunning!! It feels like you are sleeping in a museum!! Everything is so pretty and handmade. The people working were very nice

The location is not the best, but you have taxis at the end of the street and they will take you everywhere for 2 euros, so it's no problem.The door is locked with key most of the time and we thought that was a bit problematic in case of a fire because just one person could open the main door, so we felt a bit trapped.

Food was great and the spa services impressive. The host couldn't be more welcoming - and the inside of the riad is pretty amazing - what craftsmanship and beauty! The rooftop was a huge advantage. There is good, secure public parking about 5 mins away.

It was a bit confusing to find - an extra 5 mins of looking around.

Our suite was beautiful with so many little details to discover. I really enjoyed our stay!! The rooftop breakfast each morning was the perfect way to begin our day. The food was delicious. The staff was exceptional - always there to provide whatever we wanted.

Beautiful Riad especially if you have 2nd floor overlooking the lobby. Maya is so sweet and prompt. Very helpful in anything you need. Hamid is efficient and fast too. Totally recommend. I miss Fes !!!!

The design and decoration are absolutely stunning. The ambiance is peaceful, especially in the lobby. You can enjoy reading or drinking tea while you admire the architecture. There was a sitting area in my floor that was also beautiful and inviting. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and we could see the Medina from there. One night we had a light dinner at the terrace, and the view was gorgeous at night. Something to do! The Medina is 5 minutes away (walking). There’re also restaurants, a pharmacy, little stores, a place to exchange money…. Everything within 5 minutes walk. The staff was the best! That place without them would be just another pretty riad. The staff was always ready to help and make sure we were comfortable and safe. They were kind and accommodating. If I ever went back to Fes, I’d definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience, and I can truly recommend it, because I know you’ll love it!

Wonderful Riad in Fes, perfect location for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina with walking distance to every where. Amazing architecture it's a historic building dating from the 14 century. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms and comfortable in every aspect. It has one important bonus an elevator which you won't find in most of the Riads. Excellent fresh breakfast made at order. I definitely recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Fes. I would like to specially thanks Ibtissam and Hamid for their invaluable help and kindness in every way.
