The team are a lovely welcoming bunch who give great advice on where to visit and couldn't be more accommodating. The decor of the riad is super nice, very pretty and calming - such an oasis after a day in the medina. There are lots of different places to sit, have meals or tea, both indoors and out on the roof and you're made to feel really at home. I liked the decor of my room which was a good size. The food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Communication was great throughout!

Everything was perfect

Everything was great! The Riad is very beautiful, the rooms spacious and beautiful. We stayed with the whole family in various rooms and each room was special and different. Breakfast was typically Moroccan. The roof terrace was perfect to sit together. Hamza and Sabor (aka Patrick) were extremely helpful and nice to us! They helped us avoid a restaurant reservation in a shady area and provided us with a really great alternative. We can highly recommend a stay in this Riad and hope to return there!

Staying at this Riad is like stepping into a time machine. It was built in the 1700s and has been in the same family ever since. You can feel the love and intentions of the ancestors who created this beautiful guest house and the blessings that have been passed through the generations. The energy is palpable. We felt honored and privileged to spend 2 nights here and to have received an upgrade to the incredibly beautiful suite on the top floor. The terrace was a lovely place to catch the sunset. The staff was wonderful and breakfast delicious! Thank you Hamza and Mohamed for your hospitality and great suggestion to have dinner, a Hamman and Massage at the neighboring Riad which was just wonderful.

Our stay at this riad was a true delight. From the moment we arrived, the warm and professional welcome put us at ease. The decor of the riad is beautiful, blending tradition and modernity in perfect harmony. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was a feast, with fresh and flavorful products. Special mention to the staff, who were discreet yet incredibly attentive. A place we highly recommend

Dinner - Tajin and pastillas were delicious. Live music, oud player in the evening was great. Would recommend eating here one night if you stay.

Had booked for the indoor pool but it was cold and in the restaurant area so not really usable. Hammam room and shower water in room were not hot enough. Exposed bulb wire over shower was concerning. Would probably still recommend hotel for ambience and location. .

One of the most beautiful Riads in Fez that I would recommend to everyone. Let's talk about the architecture and decoration which I find majestic, splendid and which gives visual comfort. I will never forget the warm welcome from the owners and their staff who were able to provide for all our needs throughout our stay. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful on a pretty terrace with panoramic views of the Old Medina

Our experience at this Riad was extraordinary. On arrival, the owner's son kindly offered his parking spot for our convenience, reflecting the safe, friendly neighborhood. The Riad itself radiates the family's love and warmth, making us feel like part of their family. Its excellent location made exploring easy and comfortable. This place has won our hearts, and we can't wait to return. The delicious, warm breakfasts and the attentive staff added to our wonderful stay. A true gem where guests are treated like family, we highly recommend it.
