The property was wonderful and the perfect size/amount of guests. The pool was amazing with the perfect sunbathing area. Breakfast was good and we had option of having to our room as well which we did a couple of times. The location was ideal, close to walk to most places and we only got taxis if we were eating out at night time. We often had lunch at the hotel pool restaurant which was lovely also and relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I would have to complain about is the AC in the rooms, we weren't sure if this worked properly and both My mum and I had a stuffy nose/sore throat in the mornings. Overall staff couldn't have been nicer & the rooms/facilities were perfect and I will definitely be back!!

the ryad was beautiful with incredible furnishings hotel resto was decent albeit I got a dodgy stomach from a meal one day the location is the best thing though you can walk pretty much anywhere in marrakech within 20 mins

Wi-Fi was terrible all the way through, service was patchy apart from when you complained and the manager got involved who was incredible by the way - really went out of his way after the issue happened to make sure we were happy. but fix the Wi-Fi honestly a 5* hotel like that to have poor Wi-Fi is not good enough - just couldn’t work there all the way through the trip

Beautiful property , an oasis in Marrakech. A must stay especially if you want to be close to the buzz but have an escape

The pool was colder than they said it was. I also found it strange that they don’t refill your room with a water bottle each day seems like a basic item.

The hotel is wonderful and the room as comfortable as you could possibly ask for. The staff and service (not to mention the food) were exceptional. Thank you Adel and everyone who took such wonderful care of us. Thanks also to the recommendation from the wonderful Concierge for an amazing meal in the old town at La Tangia. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending the Hotel to anyone asking.

There was nothing we disliked at all

The Hotel & Ryad were absolutely beautiful, clean and generally well maintained.

The private pool was too cold for use and the main pool was also on the cold side.

The location is perfect and a few minutes walk from the markets ! the hotel is beautiful and extremely clean! and the staff are really nice and helpful

nothing it’s was just perfect !

The room services are below the standard as 5* hotel and they just clean the room and change the towel's no complementary water no tea or coffee materials after 1st night and even when I spoke to them they ignored my request

Staff, location, facilities, food were all exceptional. Spa was wonderful Breakfast delicious Room was so huge and I've never had so much wardrobe space in any other hotel.

breakfast good and they provided me w green veggies. slept extremely well as quiet at night. bar naphour waiter very kind to me as i was alone in bar several nights. maids generous w amenities. good tea kettle and fridge in rm. lovel landscaping of trees and walls so magical riad garden feel. spotless pool. good masking of staff and lots of hand sanitizer avail. front door secured by staff and temp check and meral detector

tv audio failed twice, given faded button remote. lots of wailing kids alldaylong so fine for families but not my cup of tea. poor lighting stairs and basement...dangerous.

great location - walk out into the madness of Marrakech or walk inside for peace and quiet. The Medina is only 10 minutes away. large rooms, big breakfast buffet. large pool area.

only negatives were that the pool wasn’t heat nor was the indoor pool in the spa
