I love all the staff except the old man in the reception he didn't explain anything to us when we arrived, he just gave us the papers to sign and that's it, he is a bit rude and nonchalant maybe because we are asians. But yeah everything was great even the ladies serving the bfast was beyond great!

The pictures do not do the Riad Al Jazira justice! This Riad is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely large pool and huge terrace (only about 1/3 of the roof terrace is shown in the pictures!) The whole Riad was always kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and the cleaners always tidied our room exceptionally (even when we sometimes left it a mess!) The room itself was a good size for the two of us and the shower in the bathroom was a good strength and temperature. The staff were outstanding. A particular mention to Abdul and Nour for their amazing customer service and making us feel so welcome. They were never too far away to help us out such as when we got locked out of our room and were always happy to assist with anything such as booking adventure day trips or suggesting places to eat / how to get to any tourist attractions. Nour once saw us sitting on the upstairs terrace playing cards and popped back 5 minutes later with some complementary tea that she just thought we’d enjoy. The hotel porters are also great and will accompany you to and from any local destination.

The rooftop sunbathing area was fantastic. The authentic decor and general vibe of this place was exactly what we were looking for, proper Indiana Jones vibes. Very clean and staff pleasant and polite. Excellent value for money, and would definitely stay here again.

The pool was cold and unheated and so we were unable to use it, and the breakfast provided was small and inedible for those used to a continental breakfast etc. The hotel was also quite difficult to find, and the surrounding area does seem quite dodgy with plenty of unseemly characters hanging around, particularly at night time.

**Review:** I recently stayed at a stunningly beautiful Riad with a large family group of 45, and we had the entire place to ourselves. The facilities and rooms exceeded our expectations, being even better in real life than in the photos. The cleanliness and aesthetics of the Riad were commendable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. Fatiha, the breakfast lady, was very sweet, and Rami was always available to organize things for us, though he did seem a bit stressed at times. The staff contacted us in advance and had all the cots arranged, which significantly enhanced our experience. Any room issues were promptly addressed, which is precisely what you need when traveling with a large group. There are a few suggestions for the hotel to consider for future guests. Providing fridges in the rooms would make it much more convenient, especially for families with kids. The first day's breakfast was quite disorganized, but they improved significantly after receiving our feedback, which was impressive given the challenge of feeding 45 people at once. Additionally, more fans in the lobby areas would be appreciated as it was quite hot, and one fan was insufficient for that time of year. The Riad is a bit far from the main square and busy areas, which might be a consideration for families with kids. The hotel's menu was also quite expensive, which was a shame because we would have ordered more if the prices were more reasonable. Despite these suggestions, we had the best stay, and this Riad became one of our favorites after multiple visits to Morocco. Therefore, I still give it 5 stars, but please, consider adding fridges for guests!

I mean how beautiful is this place. It is modern meets morrocan design. Lots of little sitting rooms and cosy corners. Our room was really comfortable and beautiful in every way including beautiful traditional bathroom. Delicious tea at arrival as per our experience in Moroccan riad of this quality. The location is a little awkward but not rare to find these hidden gems in the old medina. Right next to corner shops and restaurants and public hammam. Staff really helpful, smiling and asking if we needed anything. Breakfast around the pool was absolutely fantastic and very varied with moroccan pancakes, breads, freshed juice and yoghurt.

The only downside is that the massage received was not up to my expectation for this price tag. The spa area and hammam room looked really pretty though.

By far the most beautiful riad we stayed in during our trip. There are so many gorgeous spaces to hang out in it was a struggle to actually leave! The main pool area (where breakfast is served) is so peaceful. The terrace is gorgeous, I wish we were staying long enough to have dinner up there. The staff were amazing. Particularly Fathiyah - she couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely. The riad can be a little tricky to find but they send someone to meet you and help you with your luggage which was much appreciated. I booked a back massage and it was fab. Would recommend! The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

Our room was right on the reception (1st floor) and while it was beautiful, it was very noisy. Especially when other guests have early or late check in/out. This could be resolved by wearing ear plugs. I would 100% book this riad again but I would request a room away from the reception.

Everything!! The Staff are genuinely good and nice people, always very helpful and happy to help. We were always greeted with a smile and felt at home here. The Riad is gorgeous, very tranquil and beautifully decorated. There is always someone cleaning, the cleaning ladies are also very sweet and extremely quiet and low profile!! The beds are comfortable, I don’t sleep very well but i slept like a baby here. We tried the hamam and massage, i would say it is a must! I would definitely stay here again, it couldn’t have been any better.

Nothing. It was perfect

The riad is spectacular, very clean and the most friendly staff I met. It has a traditional air. It is excellent value for the price. I felt so good here, it is peaceful, full of plants and birds sing all day long. The rooftop terrace is perfect in the morning or for a drink at night. Great traditional breakfast.

The entrance to the riad is through a tight alleway wich might seeem a bit scary at night. But, at request, one of the staff can accompany you to the main road. Also, there is no access by car. The nearest road where cars can travel is at about 5-6 minutes walk.

The hotel provides a delightful experience by integrating three riads, resulting in an establishment that presents as a series of unique, intimate spaces frequented at various times. The communal areas are tastefully appointed, fostering a sense that the hotel experience begins right from the main entrance, rather than just at the guest rooms. The staff is exceptional, and the interior is beautifully adorned with modern elements.

While the breakfast choices might be somewhat restricted and the elegant doors may not offer sufficient soundproofing, possibly leading to noise disturbances, these minor issues are easily correctable. Moreover, they are greatly overshadowed by the overall wonderful experience the place offers.

This was the first Riad my boyfriend and I stayed in and we absolutely loved it. We were just in complete awe as we explored it after check in. Rami the host is so kind - he poured us mint tea on arrival and sat down and pointed out all the key spots on a map for us to visit. He even helped book a restaurant for us on our first night and sorted out a last minute quad biking trip! Can’t say enough good things about this Riad and you’re never 15-20 mins away from anything!

The room could have had more light in the bathroom as I did struggle to do my make up every day. Breakfast was nice but more choice would’ve been great e.g. local pastries and fresh fruit.
