The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were always clean and comfortable.

The security guard was incredibly insulting. We heard him say some of the most foul curse words in moroccan arabic next to my family towards another other guest ( this happened on Friday at around 1:20pm ). That man should be fired immediately. If it wasn't for the overall amazing experience, i would have rated it a 1/10 just for that.

The apartment was brand new and very comfortable. You can rarely have such a quality in a beach resort, be it in Morocco or elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, from the receptionists to security and to the cleaning staff. The gym and the pools were really great. There is a beautiful beach 1.5 Km away called Playa Blanca.

No breakfast, it there is a nice restaurant just in front of the hotel. The location is outside the city. So you should either have a car or plan to stay between the hotel and the beach.

A well managed property out of hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Staff in reception although smiling all the time but they are not helpful at all very strict I book for 5 adult and one child but actually we were 6 they refuse totally to make an exception for one person although it is an appartement and we can mange for our stay and according to their rude attitude we had to book for our 2 daughter in another hotel which made us feel bad all the time I will never recommend it for my Freinds and sure I will not come again

Not many hotels I have been to can be compared to Dubai but Mnar Castle seriously shocked me!!! The apartment was stunning, roof top Terrace, 2 beautiful bedrooms with stunning views over looking Spain. Very modern and luxury living and dining areas. The entire plot of the hotel is designed much like hotels IN Dubai. The staff are extremely friendly and help. With anything you need from. Problems to reservations. The price is definitely worth it for what you get and I will definitely return to Mnar Castle

Room was a bit stark - no rugs, no art on the walls. The sounds of guests on the floor above me were quite loud - moving furniture, feet stomping, etc. I got the impression more sound proofing was needed. Location is beautiful but not close to anything. Only one restaurant available.

We got a free upgrade to a suite - beautiful room with exceptional views of both the hills/ mountains on one side and the sea on the front. Very aesthetic pools facing the sea view All staff speak good English Free parking available

No restaurant or gym facilities on site There is a restaurant across the street however Location is c. 20 mins from town centre driving but at peak time can be 30-40 due to traffic.

The best part of the hotel; are the staff. Extremely professional, very friendly, helpful and genuine. The hotel is outside the busy Tanger area but just 10 mins drive to city. The rooms are well equipped, nice pools and clean. The best part is ample parking with 24 hrs security.

No restaurant, room service or F&B at the facility. They need to work on setting some F&B.

The apartments are beautifully done, amenities are great, and I love that it is just a few minutes outside of Tangier because I do not want to be in the middle of craziness all the time. It is very peaceful, the property is absolutely gorgeous, and I especially love the larger pool (they have 2) because of the 1) VIEW and 2) "sunken" lounge areas. The staff are all very nice and go out of their way to get you anything you can think of, and QUICKLY!

Would have appreciated coffee! ha! Not a deal breaker, but also wasn't prepared to not have coffee available on-site at all.
