It was our first trip to Pokhara. The hotel is in close proximity to Fewa Lake and numerous restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The staff and the owner made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The room we had booked had bathtub included which was an excellent add on. Our 4 years old had so much fun. The room was spacious with balcony and had Mountain View. The hotel has all the necessary amenities except elevator which isn’t a problem for us. Hats off to the entire staff. Thanks a lot. Everything. I stayed in several hotels/guest houses in Pokhara during my 3 week stay and can honestly say this was the very best. The location is perfect and the staff are the nicest people with genuine care for their guests. The bathroom was spacious, clean and updated and wasn’t crammed like many other bathrooms in Nepal. The bedroom was also huge compared to many others. I had to work a few hours during my stay and I had a desk and fast internet. They would clean the room everyday if you wanted and always replaced water and were happy to provide more at no cost which I appreciated. I don’t eat bread and they were happy to accommodate that request in breakfast and offer an alternative. It’s the small things that count and the end of the day. I don’t usually write reviews but this was so great that I wanted to. Super grateful for this stay and without a doubt sill book this again when I am back.

The General Manager Mr Jagdish is very engaging and makes you feel at home. The staff is supportive. The room was spacious and comfortable. WiFi is good. Breakfast is good. Location is very good as the property is bit on a peaceful street which I wanted and yet just 5 min walk from downtown Lakeside. You have street shops, travel agents, hair and massage salons, restaurants, provision stores all within stone throw distances! This is very practical for mountaineers! Absolutely value for every cent paid! All the best to Mr Jagdish for his future ventures

Just one thing - the bathroom has a high step up elevation point and also the bathtub side area has sharp edges! This can be a bit risky and hazardous.

Everything was good. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water was available. Breakfast was good and nutritious.

Hotel spring literally saved the day for us by accepting us at 4 am in the morning and providing us our room when the overnight bus from Katmandu reached Pokhara much earlier than expected. Subhir was extremely helpful and assisted us with many last minute requests from our end. With regard to facilities the rooms are equipped with heating and cooling. rooms are spacious, clean.

I liked everything about the place. I’ve stayed in the King Suite and I was very happy to have a bathtub, it’s such a luxury thing here in Nepal. The room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good and nutritious as well. Staff were nice and friendly. Location in okay too.

Sometimes it can be noisy at night due to people loudly chatting downstairs, but bearable.

Everything was perfect. The hotel manager and staff were super super kind and helpful. I thought they were members of my family. Breakfast and food were enjoyable and tasty. I always keep them in my prayers. I cannot forget them. The hotel location was very good and the lakeside. I do appreciate your help, care, and kindness. God bless all of you. Highly recommend this place! I would say that it is super clean hotel with stable electricity and wifi. Personnel is very friendly and helpful! I was also very happy to meet owner sir Jagadish, who really cares about his visitors and his business at all. BTW - hotel have very good kitchen and you can have a breakfast here, and order some kind of a local dishes. Everything was just perfect. I will definitely stay here again! :)

The staff here were incredibly friendly and I felt so comfortable and cared for my entire stay. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the whole place was affordable and walking distance from Lakeside. Would stay there again.

I was on a lower floor but I believe higher floors have better views of the mountains!

Overall my stay was pleasant. Close to the lake [10 minutes walk] shops, Grocery, small restaurants etc. Helpful reception and staff.

Pre-order food with limited choice. Anyway, small restaurants and takeaways were handy.
