Perfect location, perfect rooms (cottage), perfect pricing (if you book a month ahead), perfect staff, perfect service, great swimming pool, great breakfast, awesome evening events, entertainment and music with great food. Practically on the lake almost, probably has the best lake view among all hotels/resorts, placed in the middle part of lake tourist location, so you can walk in either directions to find great shops for shopping and restaurants for food.

Almost nothing. But if I am to nitpick, for a resort that has such a beautiful swimming pool featured, the pool could have been heated. Especially when a lot of tourists are coming in winter.

The location is so good by the lakeside and close to the shops, bar & restaurants. Open buffett breakfast is excellent with lots of choices including freshly made omlette and fresh fruits. Food at the restaurant is very good including big tray of Dal Bhat which is topped up as you required. The room is confortable, we had lake view from our balcony. All the staff; reception, restaurant, cleaning, security and the manager are very friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel has provided live entertaintment ; singing and dancing Nepalese songs every evening between 7pm - 9 pm. Next time when we are in Pokhara, we would like to stay here and enjoy the friendly atmosphere again.

The new building is nice and spacious. We loved our room, the back door opened to the swimming pool! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The front office manager Samar was excellent! He gave us a free update form our original booking to a new spacious room in the new building.Very good value! Nice breakfast and good food. We enjoyed the live band and the cultural show. We had a great stay! Great customer service. All the staffs were nice and friendly.

The older rooms were small and some smelled of mold.

Pro: Starting with the location.. It's bang opposite the phewa lake and in the midst of the main street. The breakfast although had limited vegetarian options but was done properly. The private but was spacious and beautiful. The swimming pool was adequately equipped and clean. The staff was very cooperative. The cultural programme in the evening and the band were superb. Most importantly for the facilities it gives you they charge you accordingly. And which is what stands out as value for money for me... They had booked me on a bunjee jumping too at a very short notice. Me and my family felt very nice and warm there. Con: Nothing except the luggage bell boy idk his name was very clingy and kept asking for money... Rest all of the staff are well trained and professional. Vegetarian options in ala carte can be increased I will definitely be coming back here for a longer stay..

The resort was wonderful. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The washroom was also big and had a bathtub. There was good supply of hot water. The room and the resort were a perfect place for relaxation. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it for 2 more days. Highly recommend for anyone who is going for vacation in Pokhara. In addition, the staff were really polite and helpful. From the reception to restaurant staff everyone were very humble and welcoming.

The property is right at the start of the lake, which lets you explore the entire market along the lake, the best part of the property is its themed rooms with garden and with swimming pool, and daily cultural and folk events everyday from 7 to 9 pm, I had the best evening when we all danced to Nepalese folk music and our Punjabi music, the entire credit goes to the staff and especially 2 persons, the manager at the restaurant in the evening who ran in and around for us arranging food items and the receptionist Sarita.

The location is right at the beginning of the Lake Phewa road which is just perfect. Get out of your hotel, turn right, and start walking down the Lake and you will find awesome views of Pokhara and restaurants. The rooms have everything that's needed for a pleasant stay. If you wait a few minutes, you can also get hot showers there pretty consistently.

Some of the housekeeping employees don't knock before entering the apartment. They assume you're not there, then just unlock your door and walk in, and then stare at you if they find you there. I found that suspicious. I had to start locking the door using the deadbolts to make sure they didn't just barge in on me. You should train them to knock, announce who they are, and then only can they try to enter - also provide "do not disturb" and "clean my room" signs There are also no safes/safety deposit boxes, which along with the above, forced me to keep taking my valuables with me.

The managers and staff were so kind and welcoming that it really left a deep impression on me. Right from the minute I stepped into the restaurant for lunch I felt really well taken care of. In the evening, there was also a Nepali cultural dance and music program. As for the room, it’s nice to hang out at the balcony in the day as it’s bright outside. I think most importantly the staff communicated very well with each other and it made me feel like they really work as a team. That is something that I truly value and appreciate as a first-time solo traveler in Nepal. Thank you to all the staff who have put in so much effort! Much appreciated.

The room was large with a little balcony. Shower was hot once it got going. The restaurant was good but it was low season so not everything was available on the menu. Staff were happy to help and the garden setting made it feel very 'resort' like. It was right by the lake at the southern end which did mean a long walk to the 'action'. However it was quiet and clean. There are lots of options of places to eat nearby and Nepali Kitchen is right around the corner. an excellent local eatery. Pokhara is a huge city these days.

Perfect situation overlooking the lake and a beautiful calm garden with selection of seating areas for a chillout. Breakfast had an excellent choice, with fresh cooked eggs/omelette to order. Fresh ground coffee machine for excellent coffee. All staff are attentive and friendly. I was able to leave my luggage safely while I went on a trek. I would definitey stay again.
