We stayed in the Apartment for 3 night arriving on Fri 2nd June and were checked in in minutes by the very efficient staff. The apartment is very high spec, very well equipped, very clean and well thought out. The WiFi is strong and more than fast enough. The location is PERFECT in Alkmaar being less than 2 minutes walk from the main square and inside the pedestrian only zone. It is easy walking distance the mainline Station and the local bus depot (we took the local bus to the seaside at Egmond aan Zee on Sunday, only €2.90 and less than half an hour ride) All in all a WONDERFUL experience, I'd go as far as to say faultless!! Well done guys!!!

The rooms are recently renovated and look really nice and clean. Everything you need was there for you like a towel, shampoo etc. The staff was really friendly and helpful and they even gave us shuttle bus tickets to the festival for free. We had a great stay and would absolutely come here again when we need a stay in Alkmaar!

The only downside I can think of is that you have to walk a few hundred meters from the parking to the property because it’s located in the centrum of Alkmaar. But that’s also well arranged by the staff who navigates you from the parking to the property.

My friends and I stayed here for Liquicity Festival. The hosts were very friendly, they were welcoming and they allowed us to use the terrace during the day. The apartment was easy to find and close to the train station, the hosts contacted us the day before to give us more information about finding them. They gave us lots of information about the local area and helped us with a local taxi number. The apartment was incredibly clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen was great and we were able to cook breakfast each day. The hosts also had a lovely dog!!

Nothing! Be aware of stairs to apartment like a lot of dutch accommodation. But they did help with moving suitcases :)

everything our room was spot on the staff were absolutely lovely and treated us with respect and all they asked of us was to keep down noise later which wernt a problem , thankyou for a wonderful stay

We just left Alkamr with a big smile. The family is so nice, friendly and the hospitality is perfect. The apartment is very large, very comfortable and in the middle of the old city, so you are at the center once you go out of the apartment. We recommend it very warmly.

The size of the room was very good although we were expecting more of an apartment. That said we were very happy there

A couple of nights the noice from the street level was very loud which woke us up a few times

The location is superb; very central with a great view of the Grote Kerk. The parking was easy to find and close to the apartment. We loved the style of the apartment and being able to spend most of the day outside but pop back to change for dinner was very convenient. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The seagulls made a terrible mess on our car!

The room was large and long which had a walkout to the balcony out back. It was very clean and basic with a nice walk-in shower. The location was great and central to get to the cheese market and dining.

That we did not find this place until this trip.
