Big clean room with ZOO view, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

During check-in only one breakfast was included for two-nights stay, and card-key was assigned for one day only, got to ask reception for access to my room on second day. At check-out found three breakfasts added to my bill, even paid only for two.

The hotel is in a new modern building. The room and bathroom were a good size and modern, with a good-sized safe in the closet. There was a Nespresso machine, with capsules, as well as an electric kettle and tea bags in the room. There was plenty of paid parking available, as well as some parking that was free overnight. The hotel is within walkingdistance of 2 grocery stores, a mall, more shopping venues, cafes and restaurants, and the Friday farmers market. We opted for no breakfast, as we were visiting nearby family.

The only thing missing was a mini-fridge in the room. The spigot in the bathroom sink was wobbly.

I travel from the UK and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Waiting for my room when I arrived early. I was told someone would tell me when my room was ready. I waited over an hour and went to reception and the key card was ready but no one told me.

Everything really, the location is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped, I loved the walk in shower.

The car parks cannot be accessed after 8pm. This made it slightly awkward for us but not a huge problem

New hotel, clean rooms, spacious bathrooms. Nice view. It is located right next to the Zoo entrance and it is in the City center, close to variety of restaurants and shops. If you travel by train, it is just 3 bus stops away from the hotel, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Nice playing area next to the breakfast room. Breakfast is good- buffet type.

Wi-Fi in the hotel not great. Room description mentions electric kettle, but the room had only coffee maker and only coffee selection, no tea. Family room is composed of 2 adjacent rooms, only one of which had the coffee machine. Also no mini bars (they are not advertised but you expect to find them in a 4 star hotel). Like many hotels nowadays, Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant ByZoo Emmen has only one type of soap dispenser (universal: hands, body and hair),and no other amenities, so make sure you bring your own toiletries.

It is modern and clean and beds are superior. Location was right in city center, adjacent to supermarkets, a mall and lots of restaurants. Very walkable to all sites. Good restaurant downstairs.

It is located right on a busy intersection so there is street noise. You can close the window to block out the sound effectively but the room will get stuffy. Parking is a paid lot across the street.

There was no fridge There was only one bottle of product in the shower without a label on whether it is shampoo or shower gel

The location was very good. The bed was MASSIVE and extremely comfortable. Actually, the whole room was comfy.

I would've appreciated nicer towels. They're quite small and rough. I think the breakfast could be better. I'd like to see a toaster for start, you just had very nice bread and no way of toasting it. I think there could've been more veg option. There was only some fruit and grilled tomatoes.
