Pool, jacuzzi, sports activities, cinema hall, activities for kids, lunch, dinner, pool table, etc. were amazing. Time flew by as we were having a lot of fun being in the midst of a lot of action happening in HUP. A la carte was great, enjoyed the vegetarian options a lot.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Plus the floor above us was making a lot of noise late in the night. We could hear the footsteps from running around and screaming of the kids. There was no AC in the room to regulate the temperature. Breakfast was too basic.

Many sport facilities, including a swimming pool, two bubble bath/jacuzzi and sauna. There is a bar and a restaurant inside, food was amazing. Bedrooms are super large!

When we made the booking via booking.com we had to make a request to get a double bed, the next day we got a message from HUP saying it was fine. Our room didn't have a double bed but they offered two drinks. When looking at the bathroom there was dust and long black hairs on the ground, and dirt on the wall of the shower. Found a long piece of plastic wrap in the bacon during the breakfast.

HUP has great facilities (sport center, pool, sauna, free entrance to Monkey Town, etc.), nice parking place (large and car charging is available) and great breakfast. You can find lots of activities to do with your kid(s). The staff was always kind, friendly and very helpful.

We only tried the Bar menu for dinner and it was a bit limited.

I highly recommend the hotel. While the view from the room overlooked the roof of another building, which was admittedly less than ideal, the interior was exceptional, Bar was great, and the breakfast was ideal. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it exuded a sense of spaciousness that provided ample space to move comfortably. What truly set this room apart was its unique and tasteful interior design. It felt original and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom in the room was a standout feature as well. It boasted a well-appointed bath with a shower, providing guests with options for relaxation and convenience. Despite the less-than-ideal view, the overall experience in this room was nothing short of perfect. If you prioritize a clean, spacious, and stylish interior and the convenience of a well-equipped bathroom, this room is an excellent choice.

It is an extremely high price and miserably an additional 5 EUR for parking.

Lots of activities and sports for the kids. Monkey Town entry included in the package. Nice pool, jacuzzi and shower/dressing area. Big restaurant and other eateries (bar). Base room was spacious enough for a family of 4 and an infant. Parking facility is huge and close to the hotel (€5 per night)

Maybe could have staff oversee some of the open (no reservation) activities so that kids could equally get a chance to play certain sports/activities. I wish that the hotel could have an All inclusive package offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. This way there is no need to leave the property. Everything in one place. Great especially when you have small kids.

We needed a place to stay for one night in a short notice and this was a total surprise! What a hotel to stay with kids!! Great activities (mostly included in the price), lovely interior with all sporty details and clean, big, nice room. Suits well for bigger kids too, mine were 13 & 10 and absolutely loved the place <3 Swimming pool was excellent, suitable depths for kids any size. Oh, and the breakfast was lovely. And personnel as well.

We couldn't stay more than one night, that was the only downside :)

I Would love it if the coffee machine next to the sports bar would be either free or like gas station just pin to get a coffee or tea. The 1st floor a bit more hang out area instead if high table and chairs

Plenty of different activities for the whole family! Nice, spacious room with proper king size bed. Breakfast is good.

Staff at the reception did not inform about working hours of different activities; lack of towels in the room as you need to bring one from the room to the swimming pool

A charming and fun hotel for families and kids not far from Eindhoven. We stayed there to be close to the amusement park Eftling and because friends who stayed there recommended it. Most of the employees there are young and nice guys. The stay included a delicious, but not varied, breakfast. Every morning the same meal. The area where the hotel is located is very nice and the center of Mierlo and restaurants are nearby.

Many things in the hotel are not included in the price. The feeling is of a kind of all-inclusive, but the bowling and the other sports facilities in the place cost money. The parking is 5€ per day. Also the pool was very cold and the floor in the room was not so clean.

Really nice hotel but more like a sports center! All people wear sportswear and the whole vibe is very sporty! And lots of kids. It's overal a real fun and busy place. Good food enough options and everything fresh and clean environment. Will visit again.

No cons! Just remember to bring your sports wear and be prepared for a busy hotel withs lots of things to do!
