Room was bright and comfortable, good bed, functioning bathroom - all fixtures working. Friendly staff - even when in the morning the alarm went off, the staff stayed calm and di their best to solve the problems. Location is great, with restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Even on a Friday evening when the town was buzzing, the room was quiet!

Sad to see a hole in a blanket. Also, the curtains did not have sufficient loops - no problem but it spoils an otherwise clean and perfect room.

The perfect accommodation if you look for a central location to explore Zeeland for a few days. But you have to be aware that you stay right in the middle of a small but rather lively town. You can sit on the market square for breakfast and watch the market stalls setting up and tourists walking by , but it also means that you reside in a bit of an hang out area at night. if that is what you are looking for - well you are at the centre of it ! Great amenities - wonderful bed , great flat screen tv and hey a first - a double shower unit ! Even a pool and steam room in the atrium.

Staff was friendly and helpful and very efficient, food and breakfast were fine, maybe lacking a bit of character and taste , everything seemed a bit flat and over cooked somehow. Can get noisy at weekends in the summer - there seems to be a disco in the neighbourhood? Choose a room on upper floors. Bit too far to the sea and beaches. Takes 30 min driving at least and then you end up with no parking spaces or need to pay € 50 for a ticket.

The property is in perfect location. The pool/sauna/steam room is a real added bonus. We stayed in the older side which did not have lifts, so if you struggle with stairs make sure you pick the right rooms. If you stay a Saturday night it’s perfect for breakfast on the Sunday as lots of places are closed. We loved sitting outside the area is very relaxing and inviting. We would definitely recommend and stay again

The staff were very polite and friendly, and more than happy to assist with any requests - we received some great tips for day trips in the area. The food was delicious and was served with a smile! Our accommodation was clean and spacious. The swimming pool and sauna were also a great bonus! The hotel was right on the square and also the shops. We enjoyed a very relaxing and friendly stay. I would definitely recommend the Boutique Hotel Jersey as a great base fr exploring the area, or for a short break. Our compliments to the staff for making this trip very memorable!

Two showers in one cubicle, genius! (Stealing this idea for home). Very comfortable bed, great location and lovely breakfast included. Liked the complimentary chocs. Very clean, had a proper feeling of luxury.

Really wanted to use the sauna and pool, but there's no discreet way of getting to them if you are in the rooms at the front of the hotel. Maybe provide some dressing gowns/flip-flops for the rooms so people don't feel like they need to walk through the brasserie past the public eating lunch etc in swimwear. It's a small thing but would make it nicer :)

The manager who led the team was fantastic. Remembering orders, advising. Always looking to see how he could help. The other members were great. Close to Superb but towels, key cards and a few other points..

A little noisy at night as we were on floor one. I did request quiet rooms as I had children. They fell asleep no problem but my wife not so... Otherwise great.

I stay already one time in the hotel and I like it , the room it's clean, swimming pool good to make your perfect picture, good bed, breakfast ok. I'll come back for sure again 😊😊

You don't have parking, and in the centrum parking I can said I pay a lot for one day and half 25€ for parking for my it's much. And also what I see I little expensive it's the dinner food, what also I pay like 75€ for 2 portions food what after one hour I'll go again to eat in the city 😅 but in the rest everything perfect.

We've had a great stay and the hotel has amazing facilities. The location is amazing while being right at the square of the city. The restaurant is very good as well as the facilities (Spa/ pool area). Cute little village.

The only downside was that our room didn't have an window to the outside. The window we had was facing the indoor pool area without access to fresh air.

double shower in the Luxe room = top! Location to walk in the city. Atmosphere in the room. Small swimming pool with Saunas: this is a plus.

If you face the square, music comes from the bar / restaurant. Manageable with ear plugs. You need to park further away but this is something needed to be right on the main square. It is what it is and a public parking is close by (4 minutes walk).

Lovely hotel right on the market square. Bedrooms spacious and really big comfortable bed. Nice bar, good food, great breakfast. Everything you could want in a hotel.

Shower with glass door in bedroom. Not everyone wants to see partner/ friends / children taking a shower. !
