One of the greatest B&B/Hotel/airbnb I've ever been, The owners were incredibly nice and helpful with recommendations about the city, they gave us many coffee pods and a welcome drink. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, delicious. Great views from the room, in good company with the chickens and it has been a while since last time I slept that deep and wake up that rested. If I ever come back to Groningen, and probably I will because I really liked it, I'll definitely do whatever I can to book a room here again.

What a great place to stay with an amazing view ! The studio is calm, very clean, very comfortable, with all amenities for us to enjoy our stay. It is totally thought for the guests to feel at home with a lovely design. A very large and comfortable bed facing a large window opening on a nature reserve with no building on sight. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, a nice selection of teas, a fridge, cooking appliance, a dining place, sofa, TV with international channels. A Great bathroom with a very large shower. The welcoming gift was so kind and much appreciated. The location is perfect, not too far from the city or Zernike Campus but still in a very peaceful place. Besides the nature reserve area, there is a farm and a lovely windmill across the street. There was no noise besides birds and nature, it was heaven and the best nights ever outside home. We could park our car in full security. And the cherry on the cake were the hosts, Jeroen and Priscilla who were amazing, friendly, very kind, helpful. Many thanks to both of them. It is a place we will definitely come back! Definitely 10 /10

Everything was perfect.

Our stays at B&B Molenstreek was amazing. It is a very quiet place both at night and during the day, located at the edges of the city but also very close to the city center. To go there we used the bikes which were kindly provided by the host (and worked perfectly). And what a tasty breakfast!

We had a delightful time at B&B Molenstreek. The apartment is calm and comfortable with all the amenities you could wish for. Our host was friendly and solicitous. The provided bikes were a great bonus to our stay - Groningen is extremely bike-friendly and there is a lovely cycle path to Winsum near the B&B. We got the breakfast option based on other comments here and were very glad to have done so. It was an excellent start to our days. Everything was fresh and delicious.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever been to! It's just at the edge of Groningen in an incredibly green and quiet neighborhood. Importantly, the room is big, well equipped (open kitchen with a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a cooker, plates, pots, glasses, mugs etc.; a set of towels, additional pillows, blankets etc. - all very clean and nice), a small terrace with a view into a "great green open", amazing place to relax with a glass of wine (or coffee, depending on preferences). Extremely friendly Owners. Free bikes available to guests. Parking places just in front of the building.

The closest bus stop or a bigger shop is quite a walking distance away - it is NOT a problem (especially if you are by car or take a bike) and NOT something the Owners can change ;-) Just something to bear in mind, when picking this place. This is a nice, quiet area a bit out of town.

The rooms were so comfortable and had every detail we needed for our stay. The rooms were very clean. The location was perfect for going into the city and also for traveling around the area. The location is so peaceful! The hosts were so gracious and accommodating and the fresh breakfast was the highlight of our trip!

This is truly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The room and small terrace were the perfect place to spend a sunny evening, with the hens making for restful company. Jeroen could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, including local honey and an egg from the hens. The small kitchen area was a lovely additional bonus. I can't recommend this B&B more highly.

The only negative was that I was only here for one night - I wish I could have stayed for a week.

Clean, large room with outdoor area. The hosts were helpful and bring you a delicious breakfast each morning. There's free bike hire to make getting to Groningen easy, or there are two bus stops nearby.

If I had to find something, it was a little difficult to get to the property via public transport. About 25 minutes bus and 10 minutes walk from Groningen station. It would not be an issue by car.

The property was in a very quiet area with views over farmland from the patio. Everything had been carefully planned to make this a very comfortable stay. Jeroen was helpful, sharing information about the area and responding very quickly to any request. The breakfast was exceptional with eggs from the hens we saw wandering in the garden and honey from a local producer. It is possible to walk into Groningen, if you are fit, or bikes are free to use. Parking is directly in front of the property.

Very convenient and cozy. Fantastic location at the outskirts of town but at the same time very close to the city center. Very, very nice host - thank you Priscilla!
