The location of the Hotel is just perfect, it is just 20 min drive to the Kukenhof, Tulip Garden and it is well connected with the local transportation as the bus stop is a 3 minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, delicious and had plenty of varieties. The room and bathroom are spacious and beautiful. The best part was the nearby bowling restaurant with bar. We enjoyed late night bowling which was so much fun. Courtyard also provided bikes on rent for the city day tour which is also a very good facility with affordable price.

There was nothing, it was perfect.

This hotel’s location around the Haarlemerseebos is nice, we really enjoyed the surroundings. The rooms were well appointed and clean. There is a small market and limited restaurant.

There were not many amenities nearby, such as shopping, or affordable dining options. Parking is extra charge and very expensive and there is not an easy option for public transit. Breakfast is extra charge. Of concern is that some of the financial interactions were intransparent. Our 2 day stay resulted in dozens of transactions as all taxes, surcharges, breakfasts and parking are charged separately. The final invoice was so confusing, whereas I felt overcharged, but would almost need an accountant to conduct an audit.

We love our shuttle bus driver, though we couldn't seem to recall his name. Our flight arrived around midnight and thankfully the shuttle bus ran until late. Our family was the only ones on the bus so the driver was helpful and friendly enough to share some fun facts about the town & Amsterdam overall. The room was alright and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was great during our stay since we were staying for one night before flying to Venice.

Shuttle bus was charged per trip or per day basis (if I'm not mistaken) and it seems as if a must as the hotel were quite far from the airport compared to other hotels. If you're looking to book a stay here, kindly prepare a means of transportation or pre-book their shuttle service.

Nice rooms and nice facilities. Hotel shuttle service was excellent and the drivers were very efficient and courteous. The night manager (Dominic) who assisted us with checking-in (upon arrival) was very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information about the city and local travel. On the whole we had a great stay!

Very nice breakfast and although not easily accessible the shuttle bus is perfect. For your key trips, don’t forget to book a seat in advance. Very helpful staff thanks so much.

cleaning staff could be trained a bit better.. door opening and not the same level of cleaning compared to other hotels (but maybe European guests want a different style) but not that serious complaints. just a light recommendation 🙂

Every since I joined Marriot Rewards, I try to stay at a Marriot Hotel wherever I go, regardless if it is business or pleasure. For this particular location, I like that is close to the airport, has a fitness center and I like the fact that it has restaurants that are within walking distance. I also enjoyed that it has a shuttle service every 30 minutes, which comes handy when travelling by plane or train.

In some cases, depending on your itinerary it will really help to have a earlier check-in time, at least for loyalty members. Since I made the reservation through Booking.com, I was not able to fill in my Marriot Rewards numbers in advance, so I had to ask while checking in. My stayed has yet to appear in my Bonvoy app.

the venue was excellent. The staff working tirelessly to make our stay a wonderful one. always helpful when we asked many questions from using the shuttle bus to connect to Dam to local area info. I would definitely stay here again. You can shuttle bus into the airport for a small fee whenever you want, get the train into Amsterdam and still totally enjoy your stay. it was lovely to be just outside Dam. 30 minutes maximum travelling for holiday of total relaxing chilled times. All the services available were fantastic. The staff were fantastic . cannot fault our room or our stay.

The lack of milk coffee tea etc in the room. But that's all. Us British do drink a lot of tea and coffee though so that's not the hotel fault haha.

It has a nice gym and it also has a laundry room that allow guest to do our own quick laundry. The hotel is not far from the airport and provides an airport shuttle service, very convenient.

The cupboards and items in the hotel room seemed a little dusty and needed cleaning. But the beds and toilets were clean so it probably was not a big deal after all.

I loved everything, the food at the restaurant and the comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like how the bedside cabinet, the bathtub and the light lamp was dusty, i expected everything to be sparkling clean since it was my check-in date.

Arnaud, the shuttle service driver, gave a warm welcome immediately when we got in the vehicle. I was delighted in the personalized message in the TV screen. The room is spaciously comfortable & clean. I would like to compliment Dasha (Reception) she is indeed lovely and attentive to our requests during our stay.
