Spa facilities are great! Breakfast was various, fresh. Location is 😍

We had to pay 15€ for parking. Which normally I wouldn't mind but being a hotel guest (so not a daily visitor just for the spa) you already pay quite some money for your stay. I'd expect parking to be included. Upon booking, I requested a "birthday package" which meant that they would decorate the room as a surprise for my partner's b-day. Unfortunately they forgot, no decorations and it was pretty disappointing

The place is overall a paradise: beautiful nature, amazing spa facilities, great breakfast. I come back here over and over again.

I didn't like the fact that a year ago the price of the robes and slippers was included in the room price. This time they decided NOT to include robes + slippers for those who book via Booking.com. In order to get the robes and slippers you MUST book on their own website. And it wasn't explicitly stated in the room/facility description. I had to pay extra 55.00 for the robes and slippers.. Which was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was quite good. Spa in the late evening was good as there were only hotel guests.

I sent a request for the dinner reservation via website before my visit but I did not receive any response. When I checked in the hotel, I was informed I could not make it due to no tables available. But, I decided to have a dinner in the town where we could walk just 10-15 minutes and had more choices for the restaurant. Not too bad. Spa in the early morning was not so good as only a few saunas were ready. There is no big room for 4 people. I had to book 2 rooms, next to each other.

The sunrise with the blinds open was absolutely fabulous. Having the private balcony was really nice as well to then have a drink in the sun with my new wife. The spa is really well positioned with a large number of different steam rooms/saunas and really great plunge pools. We were really surprised by the tasting menu, really great value and really not what we had expected, I would highly recommend trying that.

If i had to pick at something that was not great, it would be that there is no lift to the pyramid suites, but it is only one flight of stairs so not too much of an issue. (clutching at straws here). Staff was really friendly and helpful, all in all a great experience.

Location, spa, room view. valkenburg is a great place to visit and i suggest menta restaurant for fantastic coffee or dinner. also spa is 15 mins from maastricht which is cute city.

Limited choices in breakfast, restaurants close early and before spa, somedays even earlier based on demand, so it is impossible to eat after 9!!

Value for money it was overall very ggod. I went for my birthday and the staff put a little decoration & baloon in the room, which was really nice.

It was a bit unfortunate that the outside area was under construction & that they didn't offer anything in return. I would suggest the staff to be a bit more strict regarding regulations in general, not only for the mobile phone prohibition.

The options to dine are very restricted. Despite the various dedicated spaces throughout the property, only two were available, and unfortunately not the best two options - lounge bar setting is fantastic but the food options is very limited. There are not options to get a drink or a snack in the sauna area which is a real pity.

We had an excellent stay. Room was very clean & comfortable. We had an included breakfast which was surprisingly good. Lots of different choices. The spa facility is very nice. Very relaxing & lots of different sauna’s.

The sauna facility opens at 9am. But the actual sauna’s aren’t usually fully functional until 30/45 minutes after opening.

Everything is very well organized, good staff, very clean and perfect atmosphere.

The quality of the breakfat was low, and warm food was not looking appealing. Juice dispensers are cute but just not working properly. A bit of attention to it will make a big difference.

The hotel and spa reviewed in one word would be "clean". This hotel and spa was outstandingly clean and the staff was extremely kind, friendly, helpful and proactive. It is indeed quite pricey (food, wine etc.) but overall we think it was worth it.

The rooms were kinda small and the bed very hard. Prices for food, renting towels/bathrobes, bath suits etc. very expensive. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
