Friendly staff, easy check in, easy to park the car (don't forget to get a token to drive back out again). After being assigned a room, my key didn't fit nor could they find one quickly so they upgraded me to a room with private bath at no extra cost. Breakfast was good and no time pressure. Excellent value for money.

Actually I can't think of anything I didn't like. No wait a minute. The stairs to the rooms upstairs are veerry steep but that's typically Dutch.

Quite a basic hotel, no bells & whistles, however, great staff, friendly attentive, good atmosphere. Absolutely perfect for visits to Arnhem & Nijmegen. Nice quiet area, My room did not come with a toilet/shower, but there were plenty on the floor I was on, no waiting, no other people's mess

Nothing was bad, nothing was a really a negative for me, if I was pushed, maybe a little modernisation, but as I say this did not detract for me at all

Pleasant ground floor, breakfast room, and restaurant. Staff helpful and patient, able to communicate in several languages. Good beds.

Stairs to rooms, steep, unsuitable for older or mildly handicapped guests. Rooms lacked a few basics, such as soap, accessible table lighting. Very basic furniture. The amenities did not match the price paid. But, having said that, overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would come again, as problems could mostly be rectified.

Roomy bedroom. Good bathroom. TV had some UK channels. Tilting window facing east, sun in the morning, shade in the evening. Firm but comfortable mattress. Quiet neighbourhood. Pleasant staff.

Poorly positioned power outlets. Only one bedside cabinet. Limited storage space for luggage. Only one pillow per bed. Two upright chairs, not very comfortable. Only one comfortable chair. Breakfast (included) limited in scope (however coffee excellent). Persistent fly kept trying to settle on my bread & jam.

A very welcoming and homely atmosphere where the locals came for a beer and a chat downstares. The room was small but very clean and the beds very comfortable, all for a very good price. Two minutes away from Osterhaus center with shops and restaurants.

We have no negative comments, only positive ones.

The room was simple but has all the necessary things. The bed was quite comfortable. The location was perfect with private parking place very close to the hotel. Highly recommended for business travelers with short stays. Good value for money.

The rooms could be a bit bigger in order to fit a larger bed.

Breakfast was good, rooms simple but clean, bathrooms as well. Staff was nice and provided us with an extra blanket for the small kid.

It can be a bit noisy when guests arrive later at night - might be useful to seal maybe the door frames a bit, or to soften a bit the closing mechanism of the back door leading to the parking so that it does not slam shut. But not a major problem.
